This 7-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom villa is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 7000 sq. ft. The residence has a private pool, is right on the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

-Guest #2 (Ground Floor) – 2 double beds, mirrored wall closet, TV, shared bathroom with Guest #1.
-Guest #3 (Ground Floor) - king bed, ocean view, wall mounted television, walk in closet, direct access to lower deck / pool area, bathroom w/shower, toilet.
-Guest #4 (1st Floor) – king bed, separate private entrance, upper deck access, wall mounted television, wall closet, bathroom w/shower, toilet.
-Guest #5 (1st Floor) - king bed, separate private entrance, wall mounted television, wall closet, bathroom w/shower, toilet.
A few house rules:
- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee - respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom).
- Pets are generally allowed, depending on number/type (details required).
- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).
