This 16-bedroom, 16-bathroom complex is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 15000 sq. ft. The residence has a private pool, is walking distance to the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)
This complex is composed by two large villas close to each other: one with 9 bedrooms and one with 7 bedrooms. Main features include:

- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).
The daily rental rate includes absolutely all charges (also electricity). Housekeeping is also included, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.
Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings (if you find a lower price, we will match it)! Also, only a small down payment is required to confirm the booking.
