About this villa rental
This 14-bedroom, 15-bathroom villa is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), with a size of approximately 11000 sqf. The residence has a private pool, is walking distance to the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

A few house rules:
- Guest friendly.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).
The daily rental rate includes all charges, also electricity. Daily housekeeping is included as well. Other optional villa staff (chef, driver etc.) can be arranged upon request. Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: discounts are possible for long-term rentals and last-minute bookings.

The staff and service was excellent and attentive. Adam The Chef provides 5-Star level Dominican cuisine. Edward The Driver is always on time, consistent and reliable. The villa is definitely walking distance to the Sosua nightlife, but I would not consider it walking distance to the beach. There were a few household amenities/appliances that need to be repaired or replaced. The bedrooms and bathrooms were in excellent condition and great cleanliness.

Adam is a wonderful chef!!!!! The driver Edward we would select again and again. The property was beautiful and every member of the staff was extremely nice. We would love to stay again!

My group of 28 had a fantastic time! The owner takes cleanliness and service very seriously and I would consider booking again without a doubt. While there were some minor mishaps due to flooding in general, they were super responsive. We hired a chef and it was the best part of our trip. Chef Mario was amazing and so respectful. Every single room has its own bathroom, and there’s an additional bathroom by the pool. My only concern was the depth of the pool, as it’s 7ft all around with the exception of the entrance and swim Up bar area. We had many people unable to use the pool, but nevertheless, that did not ruin the trip. Looking forward to my next trip, and exploring some more of the owner’s beautiful properties. Thank you for such great customer service.

Great location and Our host was very attentive to our needs! House keepers, Chef, Security and maintenance was very good! The only complaint was I wasn't informed that the deposit of 1k was needed at check-in not being charged on credit card
