NEW large app near sea, cozy 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms

Very well and stylish equipped appartment with big balcony and relaxing place. Good conditions in summer (aircocnditioner in living room and one bedroom) as well as in winter - heating and duvets are available. In the kitchen you can find everything you need for cooking and serving dishes. All devices (washing mashing, dishwasher, coffee mashsine - 2 types, tv, iron, vacuum cleaner) avaiable in the apartment are clean and work well. Big fridge is for suru advantage. TV is smart one with many tv channels and Nerflix availability. It's around 10 min to the nearest beatch by car, 30 min by foot. 5 min by foot to marina. However there is many various beatches around. Small shop is available 5 min by foot from the apartment. 8min by car is Max City shopoing center. In general in Pula there is many shopping centers. For the begging in the aparment are available some tablets to dishwasher or toilet paper etc. Very good Wifi connection! I was working in the apartment 2 weeks without any singls issue.

Bed in one bedroom was very old but host prommised to change before next season. In two bedrooms in the big wardrobe there was no segregators to put clothes and only 5 hangers so it's not easy to organize yourself when you come for a month. Two bedrooms are in front of parking lot. In the early morning you can hear cars and see people who look through the window if you have rollers up. Posistive is that there are 2 types of blinds - external and internal to manage privacy. In the near of apartment is the street which is quite noisy ar night due to motors. It's info for people who need pure silence. But in general the area is calm and silence. Good conditions to relax in the living room or balcony.

Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns mit Obstkorb, Getränken und Kuchen als Willkommensgeschenk überrascht. Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen sehr gut erfüllt, es war alles da, was man so braucht, auch in der Küche. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und alles allgemein sehr sauber. Ein kleiner Laden und eine Pizzeria waren zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, größere Geschäfte mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten. Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen. Wir könnten uns vorstellen, die Wohnung mal wieder zu buchen. Auch der persönliche Parkplatz für das Auto war sehr angenehm.

Das einzige, was negativ auffiel, war die Heizung im kleinen Bad. Die funktionierte nicht, was aber nicht schlimm war, weil man die Handtücher gut auf dem Balkon trocknen konnte. Die Vermieterin hat auch sofort angeboten, einen Handwerker zur Reparatur vorbei zu schicken. Auch hier war sie sehr entgegenkommend.

Wir haben in der Wohnung selber Früstück und Mittagessen gemacht.Die Wohnung ist Top,wir waren 1 Monat da,ohne Probleme.Küche komplett ausgestattet,2 Bäder 3 Schlafzimmer davon 2 mit TV.Sehr ruhig,angewiesener Parkplatz.Und eine Grosse Terasse Alles zusammen perfekt.
