Sehr guter Service, Sauber und relativ zentral gelegen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft. Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kamen drei Stunden zu früh zum Einchecken, konnten aber schon nach einer knappen Stunde rein👌🏻 Falls wir was gebraucht haben, hat die Gastgeberin sich sehr schnell drum gekümmert und war immer erreichbar.

DECEPCIÓN

La ubicacion buena.

El colchón pésmo. Pide un cambio urgente. No tiene parking free, hay que buscar en el vecindario lugar para dejar el auto en la calle. Tuvimos que dejar el auto a 2 cuadras. El baño tiene ducha manual sin soporte., no tiene jabonera. Posee un pequeño patio de ingreso que estaba muy sucio.

Die Lage war sehr gut, der Empfang bei "Ankunft" auch

Zimmer war nicht gereinigt, kein Wasserkocher, keine Kaffeemaschine, keine Putzutensilien außer Spülmittel, Badezimmer extrem klein und rostig, Zimmer war viel zu klein und auch nicht das Apartment, welches wir eigentlich gebucht haben. Die Terrassen Möbel waren dreckig, keine Kissen und alles wich komplett von der Beschreibung und vor allem den Bildern auf Booking ab.

Carino , comodo,ben riscaldato ed accogliente il mini appartamento. Ideale per due persone. Molto gentile e disponibile la propietaria. Carino anche il giardinetto indipendente,peccato non essere riuscito ad utilizzarlo vista la stagione.

Controllerei di piu chi fa le pulizie : il lampadario stile veneziano era pieno di ragnatele. Peccato che la tv avesse la ricerca dei canali criptata da codice : si vedevano solo canali in lingua croata... Per soggiorni più lunghi non guasterebbe memorizzato almeno un cananale in lingua italiana (visto che Pola è una città bilingue e la cultura italiana è condivisa con quella croata) ed almeno uno in lingua tedesca vista la frequentazione di turisti teutonici ed austriaci. Aumenterei l'offerta delle attrezzatura in dotazione : in cucina almeno una terrina in più ed uno scolapiatti apribile da poggiare sul piatto di scolo lavabo. Nell'appartamento almeno una scopa ed una paletta per dare una rassettata veloce.

Nothing besides friendly Host

Bed was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on,facilities were not tidy and properly clean. Parking was most of the time not available and we needed to park somewhere else .

So uncomfortable bed. Was no hair dryer. Cockroaches wasn't pleassant at all.

Spacious, a lot of green mixed with stone. At the back is sports park, also for the dogs and children to play. Parking is in front of the property.

A few dishes are missing to prepare some food.

From outside looks really nice, quite location , carpark right in the front.

On description they said kitchen it's well equipped but you don't have nothing . No kettle no microwave no coffee machine , only 3 cups and plates. inside property was a bad smell. Bed uncomfortable.

We liked everything. Easy to park. There was a sport area up the hill from the location where was easy to workout or be active, or take a pet to do it's needs. Host was nice, informative, place was fully equipped and we were satisfied. Internet was good.

The check in and out was very easy, the host really nice, the apartment is clean and comfortable, the bed is lovely and the place is well located. There is also a nice little garden to relax in.
