The property it was in a really good location, clean and quiet, so easy to go to some beach, local restaurants, and nice hiking.

They have to improve the shower, as it not draining the water properly

The house was fantastic, the staff was very very friendly and generous, the WiFi worked well, the bed was okay and it was a very beautiful garden!

The staff only spoke German, so it was a little bit hard to communicate

The studio flat 1. is located in a leafy suburb of Pula (Verudela). The buses 2a/3a (get off Palisina Ulica 1) serve the area between city and also a busy beach area. Its 1/2 hr + walk to town and 20 min + walk to umbrella beach areas - just use the bus. The studio flat is part of a household with another studio flat and another flat. Studio flat 1 is a small room with a kitchenette made functional only by access to a large communal living room, with a smoking balcony. The host is the best thing about this property- very friendly and kind lady. There was good information given about local tourist attractions and a genuine warm welcome. Host speaks German and basic English. There’s a nice garden, shaded sitting area filled with plants and eclectic objects. There’s no air conditioning but there’s a much needed fan. The drains blocked in the bathroom, once reported the issue was resolved the same day. Facilities generally are modest but welcome is 5 star. It’s a bit like an adult youth hostel.

Studio Apartment 1 is small . The Booking.Com website does not show what apartment you’ve booked with all images of the three apartments mixed up and not identified. Images on Booking.com need updated. I booked the larger studio by sq meter but ended up in the smaller one. Kitchenette was ok to only make snacks and breakfast. TV set to all German TV. All issues liveable with.
