Amberhuis is everything you need for either a work or leisure stay in the beautiful Kasterlee.

This is a spacious house with everything you need. The hosts contacted me in advance, and we could easily communicate via WhatsApp about arrival time, collection of keys etc. Two outdoor balconies contributed towards the homely feeling and space. Conveniently situated in Tielenddorp - close to a Spar supermarket, local pub.

It is hard to find anything I didn't like - perhaps it is important to know about a steep set of stairs leading from the basement to the living area and bedrooms. A person with mobility issues will struggle. For the rest I loved the spacious and well equipped house!

brilliant property in an ideal location for us.

we were met by Ulriks wife who opened the garage and we drove straight in. She proceeded to show us around the property and explained where all the nearest amenities' were. All done very well and concisely. The apartment was lovely and very clean and tidy. It suited us very well.

Exceptional stay

The location was spot on with everything we needed in town. The property was beyond our dreams. The space, the garage, the bikes and games, the information brochures, the lovely, friendly neighbours, the outdoor seating spaces, the BBQ, the laundry facilities, the list goes on...

Some of the kitchen cupboards, drawers could have done with a little more of a clean but all other areas were beautiful.

Superb

Really great place for spending a holiday in this rural area in Belgium. Lots of nature nearby, which can easily be reached using one of the many bikes available at the property free of charge. Lots of games to keep a family busy, including a pool table and table football. The train station is less than 10 minutes walk away, with a direct connection to Brussels and Antwerp, and there's also a spot for parking a car if needed.

Very very good apartment. You have all the facilities like your own home. Very clean and everything new. A lot of games for children, also bikes including tandem bicycle which was extremely useful. Definitely will back again. Thanks you Ania and Ulrik.

Exceptional

The house is very well equipped (coffee machine, laundry machine..) including bicycle in all sizes and great games for teenagers (pingpong table, kika). All the rooms have blinds, and the whole house is easy to heat. It is a walking distance from a supermarket, a cafe and a bakery. The hosts are lovely. We were three generations together and everyone enjoyed, thank you very much!

The beds are double so not perfect for several children.

Fijn huis, goede host, heel compleet.

Fijne locatie, voldoende faciliteiten aanwezig. Spelletjes en fietsen voor kinderen ook, heel uitgebreid. Huisje was compact maar perfect voor een paar nachten. En voldoende eetgelegenheden in de buurt.

Een heel huis

We hadden een heel huis voor een nacht, dat was erg relaxed. Onze fietsen konden veilig staan in de garage. De gastheer was erg aardig en toen bleek dat we een kledingstuk hadden vergeten, kwam hij dat nog speciaal brengen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der super freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber – alles war wirklich top!

Es stimmte alles. Gute Erreichbarkeit, sehr nette Vermieter, sehr saubere und große Wohnung mit der Möglichkeit, Fahrräder zu mieten (im Preis inbegriffen), Billard und Tischtennis zu spielen und auch zu darten und zu Kickern. Terrassenbenutzung unten und im 1. Stock möglich.

alles was er aanwezig, spelletjes, fietsen, bbq, keukengerief, voetbaltafel, pingpongtafel, dartsbord, biljarttafel, er was zelfs in de frigo een welkomstdrank voorzien, heel vriendelijke host die je steeds bereikbaar is, een aanrader, ideale ligging voor uitstappen, fietsen en wandelen, we gaan zeker nog terug
