Loved location. Really liked the gal who met us on arrival, however she did not share that they do not provide toilet paper, bath soap, paper towels or laundry detergent. She did provide transportation options and restaurant recommendations.

Lack of basic needs that we had to shop for. Did not like stairs to access the 2nd bathroom in middle of night. Bedroom ceilings are head busters, looks cute in pics but ... Company not super responsive to request,.

Jest to małe ale dwupoziomowe mieszkanie w ścisłym centrum, w cichej bocznej uliczce, wszędzie blisko. Bardzo wygodne, z dwiema sypialniami, nowymi łazienkami czyściutkimi, mała kuchnia ale taki klimat. Wspaniałem miejsce z klimatem! Polecam dla cichych i kulturalnych osob, rodzin, bo na tym zależy właścicelom.

Mała kuchnia, na zmywarce czuć był przebicie elektryczne, powinni właściciele to poprawić dla bezpieczeństwa.

The apparent is nice and spacious.

Bedrooms are located on the upper floor and have sloping ceilings with beams hanging out, easy to hit your head. roof windows were dirty and had stickers telling you not to open them. one of the 2 bathrooms was in a strange place and everyone used the same bathroom for showering. the biggest problem was the garbage: the owner of the apartment requires that guests take the garbage out of the apartment also on the day of leaving the apartment, which is very inconvenient because you can only throw away garbage at specific times in specific places in Venice. it was inconvenient that you can't just leave the garbage in a bag in the apartment, especially when you leave very early in the morning it is inconvenient. The management let us for early check-in, which was very nica and useful. There was no contact with owner / manager after checking in. There were some items missing in the apartment, but nobody answered our request.

The handover was very short, the representative barely skipped over the details regarding rubbish disposal. A socket in the lining room was hanging off the wall exposing bare wires. The downstairs bathroom toilet seat was hanging off making it uncomfortable to use. The dishwasher was broken, there was a large printed sign on it, but the smell from it was unacceptable. It had clearly been out of commision for some time. The website points out all damage will be charged but no prior checking as to existing damage was carried out!
