Ubicacion perfecta para conectar todos los puntos de interés de venecia
La limpieza. Mucho polvo por toda la casa, menaje y cocina sucios, mantenimiento no adecuado de instalaciones (baño con wc sin tapa, lavadora muy estropeada, lámparas rotas, colchas sucias..). Las duchas poco espaciosas . Estaría bien unas indicaciones para tirar la basura, aunque preguntamos y nos respondieron rápidamente.

Very well located with easy access to all the central places. Also if you come to the center by boat easy to exit in Fondamenta Nuove that is a 10 min walk. Very good apartment for a family of five, and having 2 bathrooms was perfect for such a big group. The appartment is basic but has all you need for 3 nights in Venice.
As a sugestion to improve is to have more light spots in the apartment as many were not working.

The apartment floor wasn’t clean when we arrived needs renovation, many things are broken or do not work, like the chair, the lamps, water is dripping from the sink onto the bathroom floor. And many more…
