About this apartment rental
In a quiet environment , this apartment comprises 2 rooms. It is provided with a living room, with a kitchen fitted.
Entirely refurbished in 2020, this bright apartment is equipped with top-of-the-range household appliances (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine...).
Living room with sofa bed, TV with more than 250 channels, DVD player, wifi.
Bedroom with new 140/200 quality bedding.
Modern bathroom with large shower and towel dryer. Separate WC.
Desk area with swivel chairs. Sea view (sunsets).
Everything has been thought of to make you feel comfortable.
The high-speed wifi connection (fibre) is of course free and available in unlimited.
Golfe-Juan is a village full of charm offering a beautiful beach and a multitude of water activities. A market takes place every Friday morning. Sale of fresh fish on the port.
Very well served by train, bus and even boats.
The train station is 100 meters from the apartment, the bus stop is also very close. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk away and all shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
Nice airport is 21km away.
You will be able to visit all the cities along the coast as far as Italy by train, bus, or shuttle boat.
If you come by car, parking spaces are available throughout the city for a flat rate of 20€ per week. There is also a secure car park in front of the building for 50€ per week.
To make your stay more pleasant, cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the price.
