This one bedroom, ground floor apartment is located on the well known and popular Domaine Juan Flore residence in Juan les Pins. It can sleep 4 people. There is a communal pool and the beach is only 200m away. The apartment comes with a private underground garage, wifi and terrace with garden (30m2). This comfortable apartment has one bedroom and a double sofa bed ('clic clac') in the lounge, both rooms have brand new air conditioning. There is a shower room and separate toilet. This apartment is conveniently located for shops and restaurants - the closest supermarket is only a 5 minute walk. There are shops and restaurants located all the way into the centre of Juan les Pins (around a 20 minute walk away). The smaller town of Golfe Juan with its attractive marina and many restaurants is only 15 minutes on foot. Both buses and trains are close by which makes travelling along the Cote d'Azur very easy and a car is not necessary but the apartment has garage parking should you have a car. Please note there is an additional charge of 100€ payable in cash on arrival. This covers all cleaning costs, bed linen, towels, beach towels and the services of the person checking you in. They will also be available during your stay should you have any problems.
