About this house rental
Beautiful spacious two floor end unit - 2 bed 2 bath steps to beach no need for a car, townhouse awaits you for a peaceful beach vacation that includes outdoor pool, bocce, pickleball, tennis courts and gym. New floors done 2024 -1st bedroom is queen bed and 2nd full bed w/ twin trundle underneath. Family room has sleeper couch. Walk through the bridges and paths across street to the beach or take a stroll to the quaint town of ocean park to play shuffleboard, visit the soda fountain for ice cream, candy, breakfast, lunch and dinner! New pizza place and coffee cafe in 2023 as well as gift shops. Visit Ocean Park Subs for their famous cinnamon rolls! They sell out fast every morning.
Condo has new HVAC system with A/C on main floor and master bedroom. Master bedroom A/C vents to the second bedroom. The pier with rides/games and fun food can be walked to and Portland is 15-20 minutes away, as well as fun for the kids at fun town splash town, bike paths, fishing, boating and more!

Really enjoyed the property. It has great amenities and is a short walk to the beach as well as OBB and Ocean Park restaurants and shops. My family thought it was the best property we have stayed in. Communication with the Owner was excellent.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was clean and very comfortable thanks to a quiet a/c unit in the living area and in the main bedroom upstairs. The unit was bright and airy with thoughtful touches. Laura, the owner, was very kind and professional and helpfully responded to any questions we had very fast. We were a short walk to the beach on a nice quiet road as well as a short walk to a cute little town center with an ice cream shop and the best cinnamon buns and donuts. Ocean Park meadows also had a very nice pool and my kids enjoyed playing corn hole in the same area as the tennis and pickleball courts. We will definitely go back!

Everything was really great. The condo was clean cutely decorated, and she supplied a lot of additional things that if I went again, I wouldn't need to bring myself.
