Lakefront Retreat on Lake Travis – Breathtaking Views & Endless Fun!
Spacious & Comfortable Stay – Perfect for Families!
We welcome families with kids and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Inside, you’ll find a large family room with vaulted ceilings, a well-equipped built-in kitchenette, and a 65" TV—perfect for movie nights or catching the big game. Our spacious, newly redecorated bedrooms provide a cozy retreat for a restful night's sleep. Outside, relax in the private jacuzzi overlooking the lake—an ideal spot to unwind while taking in the serene views. Enjoy morning coffee or sunset drinks on the wraparound deck, and gather around the firepit that overlooks the water for an unforgettable evening under the stars.

We’ve turned it into a little lakefront hangout, complete with a Lily Pad and plenty of fun floating toys. Whether you’re in the mood to splash around, drift in the sun, or just lounge with a cold drink in hand, it’s all right there.
Love to fish? Cast a line straight from the dock in the early morning or at sunset—the peaceful lake setting is perfect for landing the big catch.
And because every great lake day needs a soundtrack, we’ve added Bluetooth speakers on the dock—so you can press play and let the good vibes roll. Everything’s set up for you to relax, unwind, and make unforgettable memories on the water.
Park Access
The short walk to the dock involves some natural terrain and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. If you prefer easier waterfront access, we provide a pass to private parks in Lago Vista (just a 5-minute drive away), offering:
Sandy lakefront areas for swimming, fishing & relaxing
Drive-up access to the water’s edge
Great fishing spots for anglers of all levels
Boat ramps with little to no wait time
Ample parking for boats & jet skis on our property

Please do not drive or park on the grass, as it covers the septic system.
Pets are welcome! There is a $75 fee per pet, per stay (plus applicable taxes and fees).
The kitchenette is well-equipped with an electric griddle, skillet, crockpot, two-burner cooktop, air fryer, blender, microwave, and toaster oven. (Please note: there is no oven or traditional stove.) All essential cookware and utensils are provided.
Propane for the BBQ is included, and we also provide a backup tank for your convenience.
