The Marina Unit 310

The room was great for a couple. Two bathrooms made things really easy. The kitchen was large and well equipped, although the dishwasher could have been a bit bigger. The location was a real highlight. We were there for 6 days and ate out most lunches and dinners. We did not need the car at all. Very good restaurants were all within around 500 metres with lots of choice and good value.

A listing of the better restaurants within walking distance would have been useful.

The location of the apartment was perfect for my family. We loved that we could just walk across the road to go paddle boarding and we had everything we needed in walking distance. The apartment was spacious and had everything that we needed.

It was noisy on the weekend due to the proximity to the pub but if you closed the windows it was ok. Lots of car noise from the street below but also ok with windows closed.

The location was excellent

1. A BBQ should be available for use 2. The beds were uncomfortable 3. The lounge was uncomfortable 4. The 2nd bedroom would benefit from a small air conditioning unit.

Complimentary welcome pack was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful Was able to obtain super early check in which was fantastic. Location is perfect. Complimentary body wash and soap felt homely. Kitchen facilities good.

Beds bumpy lounge dirty and looked like there were dried food/coffee/blood stains on arms. Unit block smelt musty and this was the same in actual unit. Aircon heating not working properly and for such a cold, windy,wet weekend we needed this. No tea towel to dry up utensils after washing to put away.
