About this house rental
This pretty Normandy house in the countryside of 130 m², renovated in 2020, will welcome you for a holiday with friends or family.
Warm welcome for this typical Normandy cottage, bright and wooded, located on our 1 hectare property.
As the cottage is located in our garden, it is very easy for our travelers to come and ask us for information on places to visit, shops to discover and small dishes to taste.
We have a shed on the property which will house motorbikes and motorhomes if required.
Minimum rental 2 nights
Bed linen installed on the beds, towels as well as basic necessities are included in the flat rate of 10 euros per person requested on arrival. I will be happy to inform you by phone before your reservation and arrival if you have any questions.
Quiet village close to major roads and shops (5 kilometres: supermarkets, banks, post office, hairdresser, etc.)
In the centre of the village: take-away caterer, bakery, market gardeners, pizza delivery...
The bus passes through our village every day and takes you to Dieppe.
Located on the outskirts of the Rouen / Dieppe axis, the cottage is very easily accessible
Located 10 minutes from Dieppe and 30 minutes from Rouen, it will allow you to visit the tourist hotspots very easily.
Access to the expressway is 5 minutes from the gîte.
In addition, the beaches of Quiberville and Varengeville-sur-Mer are a 10-minute drive away.
Many walks or bike rides are possible and the Avenue Verte 5 kilometers away will allow you to travel through many villages in complete safety
Concerned about the future of our planet, our cottage is totally self-sufficient in water. Indeed, it is supplied by filtered rainwater
The accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, washing machine, coffee machine, iron.
2 bedrooms are equipped with separate beds that can be pushed together. The 3rd bedroom has a 1-person bed that can be converted into a double bed (160cm). In the corridor overlooking the bedroom, a reading corner will welcome young and old. It has 2 armchairs that can be used as an extra bed.
On the first floor, a large living room with 2 sofas, television, table for 8 and fireplace, opening onto a 35 m² terrace with small garden.
Childcare equipment can be provided on request: high chair, bath, stroller, travel cot and bottle warmer.
The toilet is separate from the shower room.
Animals are not allowed in the gîte.
The house is non-smoking but an ashtray is available on the terrace. They will all be picked up before you leave and the ashtray emptied.
The cottage is rented clean and it must be returned in the same conditions of arrival. Everything necessary for cleaning is at your disposal in the cottage. We make it a point of honor that our cottage is impeccable as if it were our home, clean, welcoming with all the equipment in good condition.
After each departure we prepare the lodging for the following travellers.
Here are a few basic rules: let us know the time of arrival the day before your stay, give us a confirmation the same morning.
The normal arrival time is 3pm but we can welcome you in the evening without worries, just let us know in advance.
Clean before you leave: floors, walls, armchairs, empty the dishwasher, empty and clean the oven, coffee maker and kettle. Take out the trash and clean the container if necessary.
The departure will be at 10 a.m. to allow us to prepare the reception of future holidaymakers.
