About this house rental
Ca’ del Buso is an ancient manor house, built by the Corfini family in 1400, completely renewed in 2011, nestled in the hills of Valpolicella at an altitude of 450 meters that offers a less hot and humid climate during the summer season. It is located in a very quiet setting, away from traffic or noises: undoubtedly the ideal place for those who want to get away from everyday stress.
For who loves to visit and explore our territory, there are many options: Valpolicella, Verona, the Lake Garda and Lessinia. THE WELLNESS AREA (INDOOR SWIMMING POOL, SAUNA LOUNGE AND CHILL-OUT ROOM) IS AVAILABLE FROM OCTOBER TO MID-MAY WITH A SUPPLEMENTARY COST. PLEASE, CONTACT THE HOST PREVIOUSLY.
The house (280sqm), on two floors, is equipped with all comforts and furnished in a very refined way; it has 4 spacious bedrooms (8 beds + 1 fouton + 1 cot) and 3 bathrooms. A large living room with a characteristic corner fireplace overlooking the garden, and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. Air conditioning and wi-fi are available throughout the apartment.
All bedrooms are totally furnished and include kitchen linen, bath linen (hairdresser, washing machine), bed linen, heating and air conditioning.
Please be informed that there are pets on the property.
The house is 10 minutes’ far from Verona city centre, 20 minutes’ far from Verona railway station, 20/30 minutes’ far from Verona airport, The apartment has an independent entrance and parking, as well as a garden for the exclusive use.
For lovers of CULTURE and cities of art, Verona is only ten minutes away by car, with its churches, monuments, museums and during the summer the famous opera festival in the Arena. We also recommend a visit to Lake Garda and the nearby Milan, Mantua, Padua and beautiful Venice, all these can be reached in about an hour and a half by car.
It is the ideal place if you love WALKS on foot, by bicycle or on horseback. Not far away you can also reach the famous European path E5.
For those who love the mountains we propose a visit to the nearby Monte Baldo, which enjoys a beautiful view of Lake Garda and the Lessinia Natural Park or the splendid Dolomites just an hour and a half away by car.
If, on the other hand, you love FOOD AND WINE, you are in one of the most famous territory in the world: Valpolicella, home of Amarone and many fine wines. Tours and tastings in famous wineries can be organized in the surroundings.
As for the FUN parks, especially for children there is Gardaland, the Zoo Safari Park. Also Aquardens, the largest thermal park in Europe.
Exclusively for our guests, we offer the opportunity to have a unique experience with a home chef who will prepare a delicious banquet for you or a pizza maker will prepare real Italian pizza for you.
Alternatively, you can enjoy a cooking class.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The house and the grounds are absolutely magical. Not only is the house beautiful, but it’s comfortable and has everything we needed for our stay. Our host, Francesca, was warm and extremely responsive. We stayed for a month and didn’t want to leave. Hope to go back again soon.

Absolutely wonderful stay with friends and family in the hills above Verona. The villa was impeccable and beautifully done. Thre gardens are lovely. The caretaker was very helpful and the owners have two wonderful dogs. We hope to be back.

We were warmly welcomed by the landlord. The object with garden was nice and big and spacious. The bedding was as advertised, but the small single room had no window and no air conditioning. The dishes in the cupboards weren't really clean and there was even a used pot in the cupboard. This was probably due to the defective dishwasher. The landlady tried to fix the problem. In addition, the television (for children) in the living room also didn't work and the laundry from the washing machine also came out a bit dingy. All in all, the overnight price of EUR 700.00 per night is very high. In addition, there is the very poor access route to the accommodation, which can almost only be managed with four-wheel drive.
