Welcome to our listing for Kingfisher apartment which can sleep up to 4 guests. It is located on the first floor so there are 2 small sets of stairs in order to reach the entrance. The bedrooms are small doubles so this apartment would suit those looking for getaways or work!
The apartment comprises of the following -
Lounge / Kitchen / Diner : Two sofas, TV, dining table & chairs, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob with oven, extractor, washing machine & microwave.
Bedroom 1 : Double bed, wardrobe & drawers.
Bedroom 2 : Double bed, wardrobe, drawers.
Family Bathroom : Bath with shower head, toilet & washbasin

This apartment is located in Scarborough’s historic Old Town; full of cobbled streets and beautiful buildings. It is just round the corner of the recently renovated market hall which has fresh fruit & veg, a top Yorkshire butcher, a bakery as well as a host of other market stalls.
The apartment is ideally located for town (5 minute walk) or to the beautiful South Bay beach (3 minute walk). Scarborough has a host of visitor attractions such as Alpamare indoor pool (10 minute drive), the renowned Open Air Theatre which now hosts big acts (5 minute drive) as well as being within driving distance to Eden Camp, Flamingo Land and other beautiful seaside towns perfect for a day trip.
Very close to all amenities such as local one stop, town, beach etc
Heating : Fully equipped with modern night storage heaters
Parking : We provide on-road parking permits for one car free of charge for your stay
Extras : Travel cot & highchair available, free of charge, upon request just bring your own bedding for the cot.
Amenities : WIFI, ironing board, clothes airer, hairdryer, towels & bedding all included
Pets : We are pet friendly and charge just £5 per pet per night due to the additional cleaning required

well needed break and a lovely change from abroad, the apartment was on the first floor which was 2 flight of stairs only approx 8 stairs per flight and just as pictured on site, loved our stay, was perfectly located 2 mins from sea and all attractions! thank you Steff for all your assistance and the little treat left in the fridge, that was a lovely surprise

I took my adult autistic son with me for 1 night I was asked to ring someone 20minutes before arriving at the property I was told an address and I would be met by a lady in a blue coat and it would be a 5 minute walk ended up getting a taxi he couldn't find the apartment we found the lady I paid the taxi driver £8.00 then was shown to the apartment the lady was helpful and nice to us left us prosecco and fudge a lovely gesture needed a drink later as visited family had lovely fish and chips from the fish pan take away but the TV signal was awful so couldn't watch anything there was a DVD player shame it didn't say as could have brought DVDs it wasn't very warm despite the heaters being on so I had a hot bath I suggest bringing a bath towel/sheet those supplied would only wrap around a child my son is 29 6ft 3 so skipped the shower he planned due to towels size and had one back at home he said his bed was fine,I don't sleep much anyway due to pain also men well celebrating many drinks went by about 2.45am very loudly ,you get noisy people everywhere sadly but it was early Tuesday morning so unexpected, washing up was a challenge,due to no bowl or plug washing up liquid was supplied, a sponge and teatowel I feel with some small changes the apartment could be great 😊
