The location was lovely , Overlooking the beach and the Lifeboat station, Centrally just brilliant

The steps but the quality of the property far outweighed this

The location was brilliant for the beach and town centre. The window seat looking out onto the sea!

The steps! The lack of natural light with only one window (in the living room)

Was close to beach down some stone stairs.

The noise from upstairs and the banging of the club door next to us. Also had breakfast a clue where the flat was as its not near the lock box. Even delivery drivers had trouble finding us.

The location was great for the most part...

Cracked crockery, dirty cutlery, and utensils. Dishwasher didn't work properly, carpets stained.... This property has one main window, the bedrooms and bathroom have no windows and were poorly ventilated, the ventilation vents didn't seem to be working in any of these areas, and as a consequence, the heat/smoke detector went off every day particularly after showering. On arrival, the key pick up wasn't clear, so I had to contact the contact, which was fine, but the frustration of meeting the accomodations neighbours directly opposite with their grandson sitting on the stairs misusing drugs and being abusive was unacceptable and the police needed to be called. Having lived in Scarborough, Eastborough has always had a shady history, and it didn't disappoint!
