Custom heart pine wood flooring throughout the home ads to the beautiful decor. A large dining space accommodates large family meals and gatherings. The screened porch located just outside the dining area provides additional dining and lounging space. The master suite is located on the main floor and offers access to a private screened porch. The second-floor guest bedrooms enjoy a shared living area ideal for families traveling together. The second-floor living area also offers a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy time in the sun and great water views from the open deck. Charlotte's Place is conveniently located near Beach Access #9. Overall the house is great - Pros- was very clean upon arrival - plenty of room for us, love that it’s pet friendly - tons of games which our kids loved!! Large eating area which was nice too. Cons - the oven is very wonky ... took twice as long to cook something , could use a new can opener, and the six seater cart had a bit of a putter and a lag. Minimal cons though overall outstanding rental!

The house is in a great location and the house itself is nice but it needs maintenance. The master bedroom mattress needs replacing It's very soft and lumpy. We had to call maintenance because the upstairs bathroom sink and tub were clogged and the downstairs bathroom toilet was not working.
They came right away and unclogged everything and fixed the toilet but it was a pain have to call maintenance on your vacation
The house just needs some TLC
