Great place and host (very good conversations if you want), the house is in a quiet and good neighborhood, next to a park, close to the bus. There are a few nice restaurants and a big fruit/vegetable shop near by. And the living room has a real fireplace you can also enjoy. Overall a very cozy place, if you prefer a room in a host house - and for sure a different (and lovely) experience from a hotel or regular apartment.

The bathroom is shared - it was clean and you have all you need. There is a sink in the bedroom though.

The hosts were incredibly kind and prepared a nice breakfast in the morning. The room was clean and cozy and the bed was very comfortable. They even provided a little chocolate, cookie, and a bottle of water. They also had a robe and slippers to use around the house.

It was a little farther outside the center, but the host gave me great directions on the best way to get into the center area.

Because of my trips to toilet in night - was not so perfect to have to go outside several times - but I have to admit that it was more my own fear to wake everybody up when I was opening the door and going to stairs -

nice and very quiet part of Brussels, which is well connected with the centre through a variety of public transport. Hosts are very kind and do their utmost for visitor's comfort.

there is nothing particularly negative. Some may find it less convenient to use shared bathroom and have cat in the house, but it has its charm.

Was very cosy. Authentic house with very friendly owners and their 2 doggies. Nice breakfast . The area is great for some peace and quiet. Felt like visiting locals, not a hotel, I recommend it The only thing to consider is that it is a bit far from centrum. From central station you need to take a metro and then a 17 min walk. The walk goes through a park though so that's pleasant.

What you need to know is that it's not a hotel - it's more of a guesthouse where you have contact with the owners. I really liked the hosts, they are good people and it was good to talk to them. The place is in a relatively good location (usually a bus from the center or underground + bus, also there are usually electric scooters around so you can speed up getting to the metro station or the bust stop) - also, the area is definitely a safe neighborhood which seems not to be the case with many other cheap places to stay in Brussels. Also - it's quiet! The place is clean, the breakfast was nice, and the bed was comfortable. Ps. There are some cute doggos on site.

Minor details - the temperature in the room could be higher (it was January) and the "road" to the toilet from the room is a pretty long one.

The hosts are very kind and they also have 2 cute dogs. There is a small garden in the backyard that you can access.

Bathroom is partly upstairs (sink and shower) and partly downstairs. It is also shared with everyone else in the house and you have to go through the living room in order ro reach the toilet.

Fine for a calm overnight

Nice and quiet location near the park. Patricia was very kind and helpfull. I didn't have the time to use it but the little garden looked very pleasant. Comfortable that you can park your car close to the house. Breakfast was ok.

The toiletroom downstairs (especially not easy at night). A shared bathroom is not a problem for me but would feel more comfortable with a key at he door when I realised there was another guest at the same time. The house is a bit noisy because of light walls and doors.
