Excellent location overlooking the harbour. Apartment is situated between bars and restaurants. Lovely lounge/bedroom area. Compact kitchen bathroom.

Perfection
Banging on the door at 09.55 on day of departure and then door being opened to tell us it was check out.
We were fully aware it was checkout at 10am, we were just finishing cleaning g the apartment ourselves as we always do.
This was a gross invasion of our privacy.
We didn't even have time to open the door ourselves

Absolutely magical!
This place was Magical. The view from your apartment is spectacular. You can hear the boats rocking in the water at night time. You look out the window over the water and you feel like you are heaven. The aprtment is just gorgeous!! So cute and location is amazing.
The stairs to the aprtment are a bit hard to navigate especially with a heavy suitcase. I also didnt find the stairs light or work out how thye inside light to stairs worked until the day i left.

Magical view from the room, amazing destination to see, top place!
The destination and accommodation was exactly as shown on line, this turned out better then expected, and was a great present for my partner for Christmas. We loved it.
We both loved sitting in the window looking over the harbor first thing in the morning.

The location and view from the apartment are superb. You are right in the heart of everything, but can escape the crowds and just sit and watch the world go by should you wish to. The apartment is very clean and well equipped - it's possible to cook very simple meals in the compact kitchenette.
Shower is a bit small - anyone really tall or a bit larger than average might struggle. There aren't really any grocery stores in Portofino itself, so you have to go to one in Santa Margherita.

the property was outstanding. The window is the focal point while sitting on the couch you have head in views of the church, when sitting in the chair perfect views of Castle Brown and even in the bed the view of the boats bobbing in the port are amazing. I will definitely come back!!!
it was a little dark when trying to put the key into the lock at night. A small light above the keyhole would be nice.

bathroom and kitchen were tiny. but we managed ok. One thing I think needs addressing is there is no light switch at the top of the stairs in the entrance. We had to use the light on our mobile phone. Quite dangerous really. But would definitely go again

The location is key with this property. View directly over the harbour. Easy access by picking up the keys at a store conveniently located close by. And to be frank, what you pay is what you get, if you want to be in Portofino and pay around 250 Euros per night, this is what you get. Bed was comfortable.
There were no toilet paper in the property, all the dishes were dirty so we had to redo those. The apartment itself is “rustic” not renovated, there is no use for the kitchen, so if you’re looking for a “kitchen” or kitchenette, look elsewhere. This is a bed in a room, with the convenience of a Wi-Fi and a view. Would suggest spend the extra money and upgrade.

Fantastic location on the waterfront of Portofino. Picture perfect view onto the harbour. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped- a perfect place to be based. Picking up & dropping off keys was very simple & host always quick to respond to our questions.

Perfect Portofino Apartment
the communication was great, easy to find the apartment..a small map of the square showing location of flat would have been useful as we arrived in the dark late at night but locals were v.helpful, beautiful clean flat with everything..lication superb facing the water with full sunlight, lots of restaurants around for breakfast, lunch, eve meak and shops and 10min walk from some nice points of interest.
many restaurants still werent open yet in evenings, maybe too early yet..or book if you can to reserve a table.

Great location!
Definitely the view from the studio is out of any travel magazine. Bed is set on platform slightly elevated so you will wake up with the view of little port with colorful little boats and huge yachts.
We stayed In Portofino for 8 days and this was perfect start of the experience.
The managing agents were very responsive! They provided us with list of restaurants and places to visit. Recommended us also boat rental company.
Kitchen was small but very well equipped. In my opinion you will not most likely use it because you came to experience the social scene of this little town, right? (They should just make bathroom bigger and forget about the kitchen 😉).
Dog friendly! We had to carry my little man up (steep stairs but only 1 flight up).
1. The check in in places like air B and B can be tricky. It happened to us also. I kept the manager informed about our arrival time but even with all those updates we waited for an hour for the keys (we shared bottle of wine at the next door restaurant 👍)
2. Add says washing machine! There is none! One of the reasons we stayed at this place because we were planning to do wash after traveling for a week. It was unpleasant surprise not to have one and have only 2 more pair of shorts left 😳. Manager arranged for our laundry to be washed but for over 50 euros price tag. BUT WAS HAPPY TO HAVE IT DONE WITHOUT ANY RUNNING AROUND.
3. Only 1 set of towels for the whole stay. I WOULD SUGGEST THE OPTION TO HAVE TOWEL CHANGE AT LEAST EVERY OTHER DAY (I would not mind to pay extra).

Impossible de se garer. Places uniquement pour les locaux. 1 parking a 8€ de l'heure....
Le logement est très basic et cher pour l'état dans lequel il est Un mobilier plus récent serait plus agréable. Lavabo bouché, en faisant le lit le lendemain matin nous sommes tombés sur une crotte au pied du lit et le draps était taché. Bas des rideaux auréolés, tv écran plat de 50cm diagonal, très très petite kitchenette..
Voulant changer les draps le matelas était taché et moisi....beurk Impossible de rester plus longtemps
L'horreur, Nous avons abandonné ce logement sur le champ. Nous en avons informé la réservation et avons heureusement été remboursés en totalité.
Nous avons dû trouver un hôtel..
Très déçue. Le prix pour 2 nuits de plus de 400€ malgré une réduction est bien trop élevé pour ce logement.

Decepcionante e muito aquém das expectativas.
O único ponto positivo deste alojamento tem a ver com a localização, que é boa em termos paisagísticos (não é boa em termos de sossego/ruido pois fica em cima de um restaurante com muita afluência noturna.
Fora do aspecto positivo mencionado acima, foi uma decepção completa. Na minha vida de viajante por este mundo fora, nunca fui tão desprezado como este alojamento. Depois da reserva e com o aproximar da data da ocupação começou um jogo da "caça ao tesouro". Até chegar à localização do cofre tem de se passar por várias etapas que vão sendo desbloqueadas sucessivamente. A última é um link que apenas recebi no último dia de ocupação do alojamento, com a localização do cofre. Fui "salvo", depois de muitas tentativas a procurar o tal cofre, por um funcionário do restaurante que me explicou onde estava o cofre. Os anfitriões, nem vê-los. A entrada do prédio é uma "espelunca" (suja, estreita e com falta de iluminação). A entrada no apartamento fez-se depois de experimentar as chaves nas três portas que existem por primeiro piso. O apartamento não corresponde em nada ao que se vislumbra nas fotos. A "kitchenette" (se assim se pode chamar) é minúscula e só cabe uma pessoa. Das duas lâmpadas existentes (muito fracas), apenas uma funcionava (estamos praticamente às escuras). O frigorifico está localizado em baixo de uma mini mesa que para aceder temos de nos ajoelhar e ter a sorte de não bater com a cabeça na mesa. A televisão de ecrã plano é do tamanho de um ecrã de computador (só visto!) O pior ainda está para vir e tem a ver com a cama. A roupa da cama (lençóis e cobertor) continha pelos de cão o que azedou de imediato a nossa estadia (péssimo!!!) Fiquei sempre com a dúvida se os mesmos foram lavados depois da última utilização. O colchão da cama é sofrível, mas as almofadas são péssimas. A própria roupa da cama não corresponde à classificação atribuída pelo Booking. A limpeza nos espaços entre a cama e a parede nunca foi feita (é um paraíso para todo o tipos de incestos). Apesar de ter reservado este alojamento para cinco noites, abandonei-o ao fim de três noites. Os anfitriões, nem vê-los! Nada!

Corredor e escadas da entrado do prédio em estado deplorável. Totalmente sujas, com problemas estruturais , portão de entrada quebrado, deixando a entrada exposta a sujeira e também possivelmente a animais.
Guarda-roupas do apartamento muito sujo e com muito pó.
