The location was very clean, the bed comfortable and all the necessities were provided. Check-in was quick and easy, with instructions provided by location for entry (be sure to look on the left side of the door for the correct button to push). Everything appeared to be new in the room, which was well decorated. The breakfast is grab and go style (cereal, roll, yogurt, coffee, milk, tea, water) but sufficient. A safe is also provided in the room and a small refrigerator. The location is two blocks from a metro stop, about a 10-15 minute walk to Castel Sant'Angelo. I believe it is close (but longer walk) to the Vatican but I didn't visit it this trip.
The booking on booking.com advertised "free" shuttle to the airport which is not the case. They can arrange transport which is $60 -$70.
