    Mình đi cùng ba mẹ và gia đình chị mình với 2 bé, thuê 2 phòng đơn, 1 phòng 2 giường với 2 booking khác nhau. Gđ chị mình nhận phòng trước, mình va ba mẹ tới sau nhận phòng sau. Nhân viên lúc bàn giao thẻ phòng không nói gì hết, chỉ đưa thẻ, không nói sô phòng hay bất kể gì, mình tự thấy số trên thẻ và tự đi. Vô tơia phòng tắm thì nước lạnh đợi 20’ không nóng, mình tìm sđt ở google maps không được, gọi sdt trên agoda thì ra sdt của Bảo Tàng Thông và họ cho mình số chủ ks. Bạn chủ ks đổ thừa do mình nhận phòng sau nên chỉ nhắc cho người nhận phòng trc là chị mình (trong khi mình đặt 2 booking khác nhau). Sau đó cô dọn phòng vô ktra phòng mình thì kêu do điện tải nặng quá nên tự tắt => mỗi người nói 1 kiểu Khăn thì hôi và phòng có gián Mình gọi complain với chủ thì chủ quán nhắn tin như bên dưới với mình. Đuổi khách đi thay vì giải quyết vde. Sau đó chủ ks tự liên hệ agoda để huỷ phòng đơn phương vì lí do mình yêu cầu có người xách đồ (mình không hề yêu cầu, hên mà agoda gọi lại check với mình) Mặc dù sai nhưng thái độ của bạn chủ rất tệ, liên tục đuổi khách đi và kêu khách là đi nói xấu Phòng không có các đồ dụng như bản chải, kem đánh răng, vật dụng cá nhân, … Mình chắc chắn sẽ không quay lại ks này 1 lần nào nữa

    Không biết nên gọi bằng home hay bằng studio nhưng thật sự chất lượng rất kém. Lễ tân hỗ trợ lúc có lúc không cũng không có nghiệp vụ để giải quyết các vấn đề của khách, phòng ngay ban đầu nhận cũng không được dọn sạch. Chủ home nói là bảo vệ môi trường nên không trang bị bàn chải đánh răng dùng 1 lần nghe rất thích ha cái này mình ok. Nhưng mền gối cũng vậy, nếu lưu trú dưới 5 ngày thì không được thay mới vì tiết kiệm nước vậy khác nào gián tiếp ảnh hưởng đến sức khoẻ khách hàng. Ra đường bụi bặm, vi khuẩn tối về ngủ xong ở suốt 4 hôm sau cũng ko được thay ạ? Nếu chấp nhận làm home, studio với tuyên truyền bảo vệ môi trường thì cũng phải hợp lý một chút. Vì hầu như phòng bên đây đều là dạng family room, đi gia đình. Có cả trẻ nhỏ, người lớn mà không được đảm bảo vệ sinh. Những điều home báo là sau khi đã thanh toán rồi mình mới biết. Hầu như không hề có hiển thị trên nền tảng book phòng agoda. Nên cả nhà lưu ý! Giá hợp lý, gần bến xe và chợ đêm, đủ không gian để đi gia đình đông người nhưng mình sẽ không bao giờ quay lại!

    Không đáng tiền. Quảng cáo quá lời. Phòng kém: không có hút mùi phòng vệ sinh, nước tràn ra ngoài khu tắm, nước yếu khó chỉnh nóng lạnh, không có điều hoà trong phòng ngủ. Xây dựng câu chuyện về các căn phòng nhưng thực tế không có gì.

    Thái độ của chủ ks rất tệ. Đuổi khách và không biết xin lỗi nhận sai. Dịch vụ tệ nhất mà mình từng trải nghiệm ở Đà Lạt
