I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and professional, always happy to help. The towels were really nice and soft, and the white bedding made the room feel extra clean and fresh. Speaking of clean, the whole place was spotless. They also have motorcycle rentals right there, which made getting around really easy. The view from the hotel is beautiful and added a nice touch to the stay. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting the area!

There was nothing!!!

The reason we chose this hotel was for the location and city views, both of which were exactly as we had expected / hoped! The hotel is very close to the cable car and bus station, and so not far from most of the major attractions in the city. As you walk in the hotel, you are met by a pretty fantastic view over the city, and we chose a room facing the same way, so that was always nice to come back to. The room was pretty much as described and comfortable enough, and the staff were generally helpful with any small requests we had for things like extra clothes hangars or bottles of water. I can't remember if it was in the room description or not, but our room didn't have any AC or fans, although the weather was cool enough that we didn't need them. There is an on-site restaurant with similar city views to the lobby that provides room service to hotel guests, but there are so many great food options in Da Lat that we didn't try it. When we checked out, we were also offered a small discount if we booked again in the future, which was a nice touch!

The main disappointment for me was the breakfast. We were told that it was available from around 6-10am, but when we went down at around 8.30am on our first morning (Sunday), there was very little food left and seemingly no rush to restock. Even if there had been any food, there was also no clean crockery, cutlery or glassware! We thought about asking the staff, but no one greeted us as we came in or even checked if we were staying at the hotel, and it just felt like no one was interested in helping out. Luckily there are lots of good breakfast spots nearby, so we just left. We finally ate breakfast at the hotel on our last morning, and it was a similar story. I was fine with the selection of food that was left, but I know other people would have struggled, especially those with any dietary restrictions. What I had was mostly cold and exceedingly average, and there was still no interaction with any staff. Besides that, I would say that the hotel just needed a little more attention to detail. Our stay was definitely comfortable enough, but some features of the room were just annoying (e.g. cabinets that opened into doorways, windows that couldn't be closed, flickering lightbulbs, the unavoidable view into the bathroom) and there were issues with cleanliness throughout (dirty blinds in the room, dusty furnishings, alive and dead insects in the lobby / restaurant).
