The Luxe was in a convenient location and within walking distance to the lake etc.

Very clean and new room facilities. Good location, hospitality staff.
I stayed in the only 2 bedroom villa, the small room has neirther window nor ventilation so it’s not easy to sleep

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful especially Ms Ngan. They helped us book transportation and made restaurant bookings.
I did not realise that most of the hotels in Da Lat did not have air conditioning. Although the weather was cool, the fan was quite noisy so it did disturb my sleep. There were no good cafe/restaurants within walking distance.
