The layout was great!
The patio outside area could be nicer. But I grew up in that neighnorhood so no problem.

It is a very comfortable place to stay. We had 5 adults, and it could easily accommodate more. The air conditioning was GREAT, which mattered in a humid climate. Nicely painted rooms of different colors. Newer kitchen and appliances. Love the bathroom tile and nautical shower curtain. We had a few glitches, and the staff was very quick to respond. Plenty of towels, but only 2 wash cloths, so bring some. Bonus not mentioned, was 5 beach towels rolled up and placed nicely on the coffee table. I would definitely stay again and think it was a really good value for our stay. Our family had a very nice stay
Needs at least 1 wash cloth per person and more than 1 washer load of detergent. I liked the shampoo and toiletries, adequate supply and smelled nice.

How many rooms and beds there was and very open
There was no shade and the flys were just a little much not from being dirty they are just bad period
