The place was great! We enjoyed every minute of it and appreciated the outdoor amenities so we did not have to eat out the whole time, we could stay there and grill. Within walking distance of everything we needed and overs were readily available. We will definitely be looking to stay here again

Perfect for a quick trip to Galveston to visit family. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and close to pretty much everything.

This property seemed near new if not new. For the most part the amenities and furniture in this unit were really quite nice especially for the price. The owners have provided nice touches with provision of beach chairs, umbrella and bikes.
The area itself was a little run down but I think that is just Galveston in general after the flooding they have experienced historically and the economy. Everything was conveniently located and the beaches were quite nice considering it is the Gulf and not the east or west coast.
The couches and the beds in the bunk room were great quality, better than I expected; however, if you do not prefer a VERY firm mattress, the master bedroom queen will make this place NOT be a good fit for you! My husband's back couldn't tolerate how hard the bed was and after the first two nights he had to move to the couch for nights 3-5 of our stay. I like me a firm mattress normally but this was still uncomfortable for even me.
The property managers were very responsive but there were a couple of things lacking which are just very basic and you don't notice them until you need them - only two trash bags and two rolls of toilet paper were provided for a party of 6 for a 5-night stay. These two things just seem pretty obvious as not enough. I understand that some guests will steal things if you supply too much extra but only 2 of each of these were just not enough.
