Disappointing... €150 cash deposit...

Perfect location, close to the beachfront and within easy walking distance to Centre Commerciale. Lovely views of the ocean. Met by a representative at the door who took us to our room. Parking (free) quite easy to find....but...read on...

Was surprised to find a €150 cash only deposit was required....and having to make up my own bed was not ideal given the price paid!! The room 204 was on 2nd floor of a lovely old block housing many, many flats. It was very small and badly laid out. There were many negatives including the cooking area which was quite dangerous. The socket (which didn't work) for the kettle was set right above the hotplate meaning the kettle cable was at risk of burning if hotplate was on. We had to use the bathroom socket to boil the kettle as any other sockets were difficult to access or in use. The cleaning/broom cupboard was the only clothes hanging area. Only large bed was a sofa bed which, when opened up made movement around the room very difficult as the table came out so far they almost met...most obvious during night bathroom trips. The modern shower room was not of a great design, allowing the water to spill out on to the floor when being used, making the floor slippy. There were NO toiletries left not even a soap. There was a toilet roll. As there was no towel change throughout our 3 day stay, it was very difficult to get towels dried on time for nextday shower. This required use of electric towel rail, which could be an issue in the height of summer. Sofa bed was surprisingly OK, but the mattress protector was dirty and clearly pre used from all the pubic hairs present and should be laundered regularly and changed after each guest. Also the stains on the mattress were a bit off putting.

Cadre idyllique et logement fonctionnel et agréable avec vue imprenable ! Conciergerie un peu moins bien.

L’emplacement est parfait et le logement bien agencé. Vue imprenable sur la mer!

La salle de bain n’était pas propre, chose que je ne comptais pas signaler, mais mon message à la conciergerie étant resté sans réponse, je préfère en informer les suivants, et les propriétaires.

Le SMS que j’avais reçu pour les départs nous a fait comprendre qu’on devait nettoyer. Nous avons dû acheter un torchon pour faire le sol et produits. Au final, nous avons vu que nous avions payé le Nettoyage

Séjour dans un environnement géographique agréable et vue mer magnifique.

La situation de l'appartement face à la mer, l'immeuble. La proximité de la plage. L'espace devant le logement entièrement piéton.

Le manque de flexibilité pour modifier les dates. La literie inconfortable (oreillers très usés, drap non adaptés) Pas de lave vaisselle, meubles de rangement cuisine en hauteur difficilement accessible. Déco rangée dans les placards.

Le grand bleu

Très très bon séjour. Le grand hôtel est un lieu magique. Les intérieurs ont été refait, plancher en chêne rénové, beau tapis, ascenseur centenaire magnifique, proximité immédiate de la mer. Très bel appartement refait à neuf il a peu de temps. Cuisine bien équipée. Salle de bain tres jolie et fonctionnelle. Canape confortable. Parfait pour un séjour de quelques jours à une semaine. La merveille de cette appartement est la vue sur la mer. Le grand bleu. On peut dormir la fenetre ouverte avec le bercement de la mer. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir Merci

De devoir chercher une place de parking souvent très loin puisque toutes les places sont payantes D'autre part, la cafetière ne fonctionnait pas, heureusement après notre réclamation, Nous avons eu une nouvelle cafetière Il n' y avait pas de saladier et Nous nous sommes servis d'une casserole pour faire la salade

Un lieu de zenitude

Ce n'est pas mon premier séjour dans ce studio. C'est toujours un vrai plaisir. Je m'y sens comme à la maison.

Un peu plus d'équipements dans la cuisine, serait top. Il manque des rangements et en même temps, je ne vois pas où on pourrait les installer sans surcharger l'espace.
