We enjoyed our stay A LOT. The apartment is located right by the sea, a few footsteps away from the front door, and a few lovely streets to pass by foot from the shopping area. The apartment is well organized with a beautiful sitting area, enough equipment to cook and a proper shower. We loved the garden a lot. A beautiful little green scenery right in your back. And last but not least, Beatrice and Thierry are unforgettable friendly. Thanks again for your hospitality. And the connection on '21' :)

We had a wonderful few days in this ground floor apartment which was only 20 minutes drive from the Shuttle terminal. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with original works of art by Beatrice and wooden art made by Thierry. The apartment is very quiet, but a quick stroll to many bars and restaurants which all appeared to be open even in mid November! Beatrice and Thierry are the nicest people who made us feel so welcome. We would love to return one day!

Just perfect.

Upon arrival we were met with a very welcome response from the family. The accommodation itself was very charming, comfortable and beautifully decorated with many interesting characteristics including some beautiful artwork which told many stories. The location was just perfect, close to shops, restaurants and right next to the lovely beach. Within a good distance to Boulogne and Calais. Our final evening was met by a welcoming note asking us to join the family for a drink and having the opportunity to brush up on our limited French vocabulary. I would definitely recommend this cottage style building as a place to stay and would certainly stay there again and again. Many thanks Beatrice and Marc for your lovely hospitality.

Vriendelijke ontvangst met rondleiding. Ideale locatie, op wandelafstand (4km.) van Boulogne-sur-Mer. Verblijf op het gelijkvloers, al het nodige is aanwezig, Zicht op zee vanaf de slaapkamer. Het stadje is ook zeer aangenaam met een leuke winkelstraat en prachtige "Belle Epoque" villa's. Genoeg gratis parkeerplaatsen in de directe omgeving.

Wir haben uns in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung äußerst Wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage hervorragend. Nach hinten hinaus einen Ausgang zum Garten, nach vorne direkt zur Strandpromenade/zum Strand, besser geht es nicht. Dazu die wirklich sehr, sehr netten Vermieter. The place is really individually designed and decorated with great paintings. The furnitures are designed and mostly made by the owner. The place offers everything we needed to spend a good time. Die Lage des Apartments direkt an der Promenade aber trotzdem mit einem kleinen vormittsgs-sonnigen Garten auf der Rückseite ist Top. Das Apartment war sauber, die Küche komplett ausgestattet und ansonsten alles genau wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Beatrice und Thierry waren sehr freundliche und aufgeschlossene Gastgeber und haben uns die Garage für unsere Fahrräder zur verFügung gestellt und uns einige gute Tipps für Restaurants und Touren in die Umgebung gegeben. Wenn wir wieder in die Region reisen würden, würden wir auf jeden Fall gerne wieder dieses Apartment buchen.

Drei wunderschöne Wochen in Wimereux

Wir haben Anfang September 3 herrliche Wochen in der wunderschönen Wohnung von Béatrice und Thierry verbracht. Direkt am Meer mit seinen immer wechselnden Aussichten - manchmal vom Schlafzimmerfenster mit Sicht auf England und manchmal ohne. Der Garten lädt bei schönem Wetter - und das hatten wir zum Glück reichlich - zum sich Sonnen ein. Ebenso zum Frühstücken oder zum Mittagessen. Wimereux bietet herrliche Spaziergänge am Strand an; aber man ist auch schnell in Boulogne oder Calais. Und es gibt viele weitere Ziele in der Nähe wie z.B. Montreuil s.M. oder St. Omer u.v.m. Dank der Hinweise von Béatrice haben wir sehr nette Restaurants in Wimereux kennengelernt. Es war eine herrliche Zeit. Vielen Dank für die nette und unaufdringliche Art. Besonders geschätzt haben wir, dass Béatrice immer schön langsam Französich gesrochen hat, so dass es für uns gut verständlich war.

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in Wimereux. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und kreativ eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es gibt dort sogar einen Dyson Staubsauger, von dem wir so begeistert waren, dass wir uns zu Hause gleich das neuste Modell gekauft haben. Wir würden geren irgendwann wiederkommen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll. Direkter Zugang zur Promenade und alles im Ort kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. Trotzdem ist es angenehm ruhig. Die Einrichtung mit den Tischlerarbeiten von Thierry und den Werken von Beatrice ist charmant und einladend. Die Beiden sind sehr liebenswerte Vermieter. Wir haben unseren dreiwöchigen Urlaub mit unseren Hunden sehr wohlgefühlt genossen.
