L'emplacement : proximité de la digue, de la plage, des commerces, des bus. La déco de l'appartement est très jolie.
La surface de l'appartement (non précisée sur l'annonce) qui est vraiment petit, la perspective avec les photos étant toujours trompeuse. Un gros manque d'intimité faute de voilage aux portes-fenêtres (une donnant sur la rue, l'autre sur le parking). L'absence de patère dans la salle d'eau pour accrocher les vêtements après la douche, d'autant plus que la porte de la salle d'eau ouvre directement devant la porte-fenêtre sans rideau et que sortir en petite tenue équivaudrait à de l'exhibitionnisme. Le canapé indiqué sur l'annonce comme un clic clac (donc susceptible de se transformer en lit pour deux personnes) est en fait un canapé d'angle avec un tiroir couchage offrant 2 couchages simples.
