In the heart of the "Site des 2 caps", Wimereux, a small charming seaside resort on the Opal Coast, seduces us with its sea, its large sandy beaches, its seawall, its pretty colorful villas.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a very quiet and elegant residence "Résidence Windsor", 200 m from the center and 100 m from the dike of Wimereux and 6 kms from Boulogne sur Mer with its fishing port and the old center.
Apartment refurbished in 2021, modern décor.
Apartment of 56 m² with 2 bedrooms, a fitted kitchen open to the living room, 1 shower room and 1 separate toilet.
Capacity: 5 people maximum.

Entrance equipped with a dressing room and leading to Bedroom, WC, Shower Room and Living Room - Kitchen.
KITCHEN - LIVING ROOM:
The kitchen is fully equipped: Induction hob, hood, dishwasher, coffee machine (Coffee machine + Nespresso), oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, grilling appliance, ...
The living room is very bright with 1 large bay window opening onto a balcony with a small sea view.
Table + chairs for 6 people, Sofa, flat screen TV, Internet box connected to fiber.

1 bunk bed with a 140*200 bed at the bottom and 1 90*200 bed at the top.
BEDROOM 2:
1 Double bed 160*200 with these 2 bedside tables

Large washbasin with cabinet and illuminated mirror.
Walk-in shower.
Towel radiator.

Wall-hung toilet.
Ideally located 100 meters from the beach and 200 meters from Rue Carnot.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and everything needed for self-catering. The location was excellent — an easy walk to both the beach and local shops — and having parking was a real bonus.A couple of practical notes for future guests: there is an 80 cash cleaning deposit requested on arrival, which is returned if the apartment is left cleaned to the same standard. Also, bedding is not included, so just be prepared to bring your own.

Great location for Wimereux beach and town. Property was larger than the pictures suggested. Comfortable dining table for 6 in a great kitchen space.
