I highly recommend it. The building is obviously not the newest, but the apartments are very cozy and clean. There is a shared kitchen on the top floor, and the room offers a nice view of the river and Germany🙂 You can park right by the river and start your hike to Pravčická brána from there. A special thanks to the kind and helpful host!

low price, nice view over the Elbe, easy 'contactless' arrival with working instructions, good size and clean space, good wifi.
foam matras, placement of bed catching lots of light as the curtains were too short, handheld shower without curtains, distance to Bastei bridge was 28 km, not the claimed 15.
