Sweet little spot near the train/bus station, which is perfect if you’re travelling to/from hikes. I really appreciated the microwave and the kettle as it makes travelling on budget easier.

I would have appreciated if some soap/shower gel/shampoo was provided. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, as well as the kitchenette (the baskets with teas, coffee and cutlery were actually very dirty).

Checking in was really easy and flexible. Room Nr. 4 was very spatious and the bathroom was tastefully renovated.

My biggest issue was noise: even if my neighbours were quiet (which was not always the case) noises got in very easily - floor creaks from above were especially loud. Unlike the bathroom, the rest of the accommodation had a certain feel of cheapness to it: e.g. the towel I received was very old (at least to look and to touch), tables covers were seemingly Gambrinus pub merch, and some items were damaged in some way (e.g. a nightstand, the shading on the balcony door). The room was generally clean, though some spots were sticky to the touch and the toilet rool had a mysterious stain on it, possibly from earlier use.

Přespal jsem jen jednu noc v rámci služební cesty a ubytování bylo skvělé a klidné. Cítil jsem se příjemně.

Levné ubytko v Lípě na jednu noc k dispozici na poslední chvíli. Doporučení na dobrou restauraci na večeři dva bloky daleko. Děkujeme.

Komunikace s majitelkou, která mě hned na úvodu zpražila, že jsem měla přijet sama a ne s dcerou a že mi teda cenu určitě zvýší. Když jsem volala zpátky, už si zjistila, že jsem měla objednávku pro dvě osoby. Neochotně se omluvila. Šoupla nás do jiného pokoje, které neodpovídalo fotkám, takže bez soukromí a se sdílenou terasou s kuřáky, co vstávali v šest ráno a hlasitě hovořili a s koupelnou, která není na Bookingu raději nafocena (víme proč). Postel tak vrzala, že jsem nakonec spala na zemi. Celkově je slyšet každý krok, především z pokoje nad vámi. Na skromnosti si zakládám, brala jsem to sportovně. Majitelka působila ohledně platby zmatečně opakovaně, avizovala zaslání QR kódu, nakonec se vůbec neozvala a peníze mi byly stržené z karty.
