About this villa rental
This gorgeous villa, designed with attention to detail, is located in the heart of Ayia Napa and only 500 metres from Sandy Bay Beach. The famous Nissi Beach is around 8-10 minutes walk from the villa. Until late afternoon it offers sun-drenched pool. With three good size bedrooms on the first floor, this villa comfortably accommodates 6 adults. The perfect place for a late afternoon cocktail is roof top terrace with lovely panoramic views.

Location is great, pool good size, a/c work well, there was only one shot glass, and one towell per person, no detergents for washing machine and dishwasher, when i call them they provided it. There was a lot of broken glass on the bottom of the pool on our arrival, even after calling nobody finally arrive to clean it up, bbq wasnt possible to regulate, and even after calling wasnt changed, poor wi-fi, in room with 2 single beds there wasnt even one desk to put anything on, in one of double bedroom wardrobe had very bad smell. Overall we enjoy our stay and can reccomend it and we would stay there again, but customer service should be better. You have privacy, comfy beds, nice Villa, parking spot, comfy beds, nice pool.

This is our second visit, which we booked direct rather than via AirBnB and again it did not disappoint.
The villa is beautiful inside and out, with a great size pool. There is no steps or slope into the pool and this caused an issue for my 70 year old mother-in-law who come with us this time round.
The location is perfect for me and my family with beaches, shops and restaurants within walking distance.
We absolutely love this villa/place and would not hesitate to return again next year or recommend to friends and family.

The villa was as great as expected.
Clean, well located (right between the bar street and Nissi Beach), and comfortable.
I'm just wondering why there is not shutter behind the windows because the sun is pretty strong and already up at 7:30, and if you don't wear a sleep mask, could be complicated for you to sleep in.
This is my only "bad" observation.
We had a lovely stay here and your customer service (Andonis) has been reactive and kind.
