For the price, this place was great. Well equipped kitchen and comfy lounge. Parking was available outside but busy at times because of the building work going on. Short walk from the beach and promenade.
A bit rough/frayed around the edges and could do with a bit more care to make it welcoming. Work going on at the neighbouring village meant loud noises from 6AM.

Simple and nice, great village with a shop that had the best dragon fruits of my life and great homemade grape juice nut treats, nice coastline and greenery, quiet
Minor things were not present for a longer stay but host caught up swiftly

I liked the place and the location very much.
The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. For example, the kitchen was very well equipped, there were even different types of teas/coffee/peppers, a lot of different dishes.
The bedrooms are good, beds are comfortable, there are additional blankets, and everything.
The view from the big bedroom is beautiful.
I really appreciated mosquito nets everywhere. Also windows drowned out the sounds from the street well.
The only thing that bothered me once during the stay was the sound of motorbikes from the road at night, because we left the window open for the night. But once we closed the window, it became pretty quiet.
