Wonderful stay in a bright and cozy apartment!

We had a great experience staying in this lovely apartment. It was very bright, clean, and nicely decorated. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from kitchen essentials to a comfy bed and good Wi-Fi. One of the highlights was the lovely balcony, perfect for relaxing with a coffee or a glass of wine. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Large appartment good facilities and location

Very nice loft, air conditioning worked amazing. It was 30 degrees outside, and the inside was a nice temperature Everything you need is there for cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc. Also, the rooms block out sound even though we went to bed earlier than our friends we did not hear them watching tv or using the shower. Location is good close to the metro and to the park and river Also parking garage was really nice.

Cleaness could be better and some things were a little bit broken (living room only) but we read they had a lot of bad experiences with people who had parties that trashed the place so i totally get you can then better leave it like it is otherwise you keep replacing things eventough they can still be used. Everything that you need to use like shower and everything in the bedrooms were really clean and worked well, so all is good

Very good

It is large with two bedrooms and it has a good view. Although it is far away from the city centre, there is tram line 66 nearby and some buses to go to the centre. The host is kind and responds quickly.

There are many plants in the room but with dust on the leaves so it seems that the house hasn't been cleaned for a long time. There is problem with the sink in the bathroom because sometimes the water doesn't go down. Besides, we cannot understand why the shower bath couldn't be closed (we think there is a missing door in the shower bath) and it is easy to cause a flood after taking a shower.

Sorry leider EINZIGartig - Not-so-nice-to-haves, not again

Beschreibung Zugang Tiefgarage.

Nach einem normalen Geschäftstag, langer Anreise sind wir angekommen. Schlüsselstandort wurde vorab mitgeteilt, incl. einem deutlichen Hinweis auf Lärmbelästigung und Abfertigung im Falle dessen. Nach Eintreffen - klebrige Fussböden, die Küche und deren Zubehör war in katastrophalem Zustand. Zwei ganze Stunden haben wir uns mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Reinigungsmitteln Inseln schaffen müssen. Oberflächen, Töpfe, Teller, Besteck, etc. etc. alles völlig verklebt und verdreckt. Regale seit Wochen nicht abgestaubt, unter den Heizungen Spinnennetze. Schränke verklebt. Unter der Sofamatratze Salzstangen Hundehaare Schmutz etc. Beim Teppich gehts weiter - Essensreste usw. Kühlschrank - seit Jahren Tür defekt (bitte nachlesen) Wir hatten nach der vorgenannten Anreise 0 Ambition das Thema zu eskalieren - da Wohlfühlen und Erholung im Vordergrund stand. ..Hinbekommen, leider für einen viel zu hohen Preis - 140€ p.N. Hatte mich entschieden nicht ins Hotel zu gehen (was bei dem Preis durchaus möglich wäre, mit Genius3 sogar 4****) da flexibel mit Küche etc. so Mistake... Nach der vorgenannten Erkenntnis und Anfrage beim Vermieter ob wir die Reinigungsgebühren (nach sogar Bildbeweisen) rückerstattet bekommen kam .... jaaaa ich will ja das sich meine Gäste wohlfühlen und wir werden da eine Lösung finden....mit seriöser Sprachnachricht danach nichts mehr ....... FAKT. - ausser Geschwätz keinerlei Reaktion - keine seriöse Rechnung für die erbrachte Dienstleistung (was hier noch eine deutliche Gesetzeslücke bei Privatvermieter ist) - keine Rückerstattung - beim Vormieter wurde Endreinigung berechnet sowohl auch bei uns! FAZIT, ich werde zukünftig keine privaten Vermieter mehr buchen, dafür ist mir mein Geld zu schade. Empfehlungswert wäre es bei dieser Unterkunft vor Bezahlung den Zustand der Wohnung zu prüfen - leider ist das nicht mehr so einfach. Für mich, habe ich auch nicht genug in den Rezessionen gelesen, dann hätte ich diesen Fehler vermeiden können.

Enttäuschend und eher unichts für 4 Personen

Genügend Geschirr und kleine Spülmaschine vorhanden.

Wir sind mit 2 Pärchen angereist,gesetzter Filter bei Booking.com: 2 Schlafzimmer, 4 Personen. Es handelt sich bei dem Appartement allerdings nicht um 2 "Schlafzimmer", sondern nur um 1 Schlafzimmer, mit Tür und einer Zwischendecke/offenen Hochebene mit Schlafbereich. Alles in allem ist es 1 Wohnbereich mit Küche, und kleiner Sitztheke, max.3 Personen, eher 2. Über der Hälfte des Wohnzimmers wurde eine Zwischendecke gezogen, die u.a.mit Balken abgestützt ist, sodass wohl ein "Fachwerk" Eindruck entstehen soll. Zu dieser Zwischenetage führt eine sehr steile "Hühnertreppe" nach oben/unten. Geländer ist nicht vorhanden. Wenn man nachts mal zum WC muss, Obacht und nur mit Licht! Somit ist das 2. "Schlafzimmer " eher eine offene, Hochetage, ohne Absicherung nach vorn zum Wohnraum, an dessen Ende steht ein 1,40m breites Doppelbett, eingekeilt zwischen der linken und rechten Wand, Einstieg/ Ausstieg nur nach vorne raus möglich, mit Lattenrost, der nicht hält, sodass man zu zweit in der Mitte zusammen rollt. Hinzu kommt, dass warme Luft nach oben steigt und dementsprechend die Temperaturen in der 2. Ebene sehr muckelig sind, trotz Klimaanlage. Fazit: Man wacht morgens entsprechend gerädert auf. Frühstücken zu viert an einem Tisch ist nicht möglich, da es nur die kleine Küchentheke, den WZ Tisch und den kleinen Tisch auf dem Balkon gibt. Bei Nachfrage vorab beim Vermieter, ob es eine Möglichkeit für uns 4 zusammen gibt, wurde dies verneint. Es handele sich um ein Apptm. welches vorwiegend von jungen Leuten mit kleinem Budget genutzt würde, bei Buchung für 4 Leute müsse man halt Abstriche machen. Ok, vielleicht sollte man das dann entsprechend vorab in der Beschreibung kommunizieren und entsprechende Filter berücksichtigen. Ein weiteres Manko ist die Dusche, bei der sich die Glaswand mit der Waschtischtheke ins Gehege kommt. Somit ist der Duscheinstieg sehr schmal und nicht für jedermann geschaffen.

Hübsche Wohnung in guter Lage, überholungsbedürftig, eher für junge Erwachsene geeignet. Zu teuer.

Super sind die Lage und dass die Wohnung hell und freundlich ist mit viel Küchenausstattung. Unkomplizierte Übergabe. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist sehr bequem.

- Das Bett auf der Empore hat einen durchhängenden Lattenrost, so dass man mit Matratze auf dem Boden besser schlief. - Für Kinder ist die völlig ungesicherte Empore ungeeignet, wir hatten gottseidank nur Erwachsene dabei. - Die Beleuchtung an der Decke funktioniert nur zur Hälfte, die über der Spüle gar nicht und eine Stehlampe im Wohnzimmer auch gar nicht. - Bei Berührung fiel die Backofentüre heraus, wir haben vorsichtig versucht sie zu repositionieren, mit mäßigem Erfolg. - Die Schlafzimmertüre quietschte wie eine kranke Katze, ich habe sie geölt, damit beim nächtlichen Toilettengang nicht alle Schläfer aufwachen. - Die Badtüre fing bei unserer Abreise auch zu quietschen an, wir haben nichts mehr dagegen unternommen. - Die Dusche zu begehen ist nur schlanken, beweglichen Menschen möglich, da der Einstieg extrem eng ist. - Die Türe zum Balkon muss dringendst eingestellt werden sie schließt nur bei jedem dritten Versuch einigermaßen. Sie wurde von Windböen in unserer Abwesenheit aufgedrückt. - Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war nur oberflächlich, hat man etwas verrutscht (z. Tisch auf der Empore zum Schlafen, siehe oben)), lag viel Staub. - Unsere Anfrage, ob ein Lift vorhanden sei (wir hatten Jemanden mit Krücken dabei) wurde mit "Ja" beantwortet. Ein Lift ist zwar vielleicht irgendwo im Wohnkomplex vorhanden, die Wohnung im 2ten Stockwerk ist damit allerdings von nirgendwo zu erreichen. Finde ich ziemlich frech, da wir uns auf die Auskunft verlassen haben und dann ziemlich aufgeschmissen waren.

O alojamento é demasiado quente, as roupas da cama são curtas, tapa a cabeça destapa os pés, o colchão é bastante desconfortavel. WC bom as aspeto mas o chuveiro não tem porta então é impossível não deixar o chão cheio de agua depois de tomar banho. Ainda que tenha ar condicionado apenas na sala é insuficiente para manter uma temperatura minimamente aceitável para conseguir dormir. Experiência horrivel e não recomendo.

Het appartement was mooi en goed schoon! Het was ook groter dan verwacht! Daarnaast lagen de bedden heerlijk en waren we met 5 min bij de metro om naar het centrum te komen!

Hoewel de vaatwasser heel fijn is in het appartement, nam het ook veel ruimte in beslag op het aanrecht. Maar de rest was echt heel fijn!
