Замечательная квартира ! До моря 10 минут пешком , рядом трамвайная остановка , супермаркет и жабка через дорогу .
В квартире есть абсолютно всё необходимое , было чисто и уютно . Плюсом была кофеварка и телевизор с интернетом.
Единственный минус , отсутствие вешалок для вещей в шкафу , что не критично .

Great stay — surprisingly spacious and very convenient for families
We stayed in this lovely apartment with three small children — and it fit us perfectly! It’s definitely more spacious than it might seem from the photos.
The location was ideal for us: a grocery store just around the corner, 5 minutes by bike to the beach, and about 10 minutes on foot.
The building is relatively new and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the underground parking, which made it super easy to store our bikes.
The balcony was perfect for drying clothes and relaxing in the evening, with a nice view of the green area.
Communication with the hosts was absolutely fantastic — quick, helpful, and crystal clear. Truly top-notch service!
Honestly — can’t think of anything we didn’t like!
If we don’t remember any downsides, they probably weren’t worth remembering. :)
