Byt se nachází v novostavbě s ne dobrou izolaci, takže byl slyšet hluk od sousedů. Apartman byl na první pohled v celku čistý, účelně zařízený. Postupně po zabydlení jsme začali zjišťovat nedostatky v čistotě, co docela kazil náš první dobrý dojem. Nejde o nic hrozného, ale nebylo by na škodu uklízet i na místech, kam nevidíte hned (pavučiny v rohu, vodný kámen a špína v sprše, prach v šuplíkách a pod.). Byt je pro 4 lidí poměrně malý, spaní na gauči není úplně pohodlné a lednice je opravdu hlučná. Naproti je obchod, pekárna, na pláž pár minut pěšky.

Podobała nam się bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do plaży, blisko przystanek tramwajowy, świetnie wyposażony sklep rybny "Rybka", biedronka, żabka, warzywniak i inne . Nowy budynek, winda, miejsce parkingowe. W apartamencie się nie nagrzewało bo jest umiejscowione od zachodniej strony. W pełni wyposażony i czysty apartament. Miłą niespodzianką dla nas był gift na stole!
Drzwi w zmywarce nie sprawne, brak kapsułek do zmywarki.
