Nice but with several disappointments
We really liked the location and the surrounding area near the apartment. It’s situated in a pleasant, quiet residential building with a secure entrance. The kitchen was very well-equipped, and the gym facilities were also quite good.
There were several disappointments. There was a strong smell of cigarettes throughout the apartment, which was very unpleasant. The smaller bedroom had a sofa bed instead of a proper bed, which was not what we saw in the listing photos and was very disappointing. When asked the host why there is no proper bed they ignored us. Communication with the host was poor. They didn’t respond to any of our messages on Booking.com, and we had to call to get information before our arrival. While texting worked better, they were selective about which messages they replied to. We also felt there weren’t enough towels provided, and although we requested a bed protectors before arriving, it was not supplied for both rooms. The bedding didn’t fit the sofa bed. Additionally, the apartment windows face the development’s entry gate, which can be noisy at night if the windows are left open.
