Comfy apartment 8 min to the beach with good transport to city center.

The apartment is in a new building, everything works fine (elevator, door codes, windows, no noise from neighbours etc.). Also the flat itself is perfect. Small but efficient. Lot of elegant details. The sauna is great. Heavy curtains to block light at night, I appreciate. Several supermarkets 4-8 min of walk, bus and tram stop 5 min walk. Nearest beach 8-10 min of walk. The property was clean, had everything to cook, wash.

Just a tiny detail - we are quite tall and every time we went to the bathroom, we hit the chandelier. The same in the living room :)

Nicely decorated apartament close to the sea

Good location, 10-15 minutes from the see. Very convenient to take a tram from this place and visit old town. Nicely decorated apartment with all you might need - coffee maker, dishwasher, washibg maschine, microvawe, oven and others. The sauna in the bedroom and underground parking was a great benefit.

The freezer was not working. As well as, the radiator to dry the towels and swimsuites. Hard to open and close bathroom's doors as of humidity at the point of lower door corner have made it to get swollen. The shower curtain could have helpped.

Superb

Beautiful flat including a sauna. Very clean and well maintained by the Owner. The underground garage is another plus. Access is completely electronic, so you don't always need to take a key with you, which is great when you go to the beach. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away. I recommend the flat and will be happy to come back.

Freezer seems to be defect, also the Coffee Machine needs a service

Very relaxing and within budget

The whole facilities was great

All of the plug sockets stopped working and when we called the owner, they answered quite rudely and made us sort it ourselves

Superb apartment. Great location, 10min walk to the beach and next to tram stop. Free underground car park. Apartment equipped with high end appliances and infrared sauna. Highly recommend! Our stay was very pleasant 😀

Cudownie, polecam

Pięknie urządzone mieszkanie. W pełni wyposażone. Duży balkon. 5 minut spacerkiem na plażę. Blisko sklepy oraz przystanki komunikacji. Do centrum oraz dworca bezpośredni dojazd jednym tramwajem. Sauna w sypialni! Polecam 🙂

Świetna lokalizacja. Byłam z psem. Super miejsce na spacery do lasu i nad morze. Sauna jest dużym plusem tego mieszkania. Czysto i ładnie.

Drzwi do łazienki się ciężko otwierały, trzeba było użyć siły.

Super krótki pobyt nad morzem

Bardzo ładny, przestronny apartament. Zadbany w każdym szczególe, aneks kuchenny wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne nawet przy dłuższym pobycie. Niesamowity dodatek w postaci sauny w sypialni. Drzwi przesuwne i kotara dodatkowo zapewniają komfort korzystania z sauny. Balkon wyposażony idealnie w fotele i stolik-mozna się zrelaksować np. po wieczornym saunowaniu. Balkon Bardzo duży. Odległość od cudnej plaży 10 minut spacerkiem. Podobnie do sklepów. Świetny kontakt z wynajmującym. Miejsce w podziemnym garażu i drzwi bezkluczowe dopełniają wysokiego poziomu tego pięknego apartamentu.

Łóżko w sypialni. Bardzo miękki materac, trzeszczący przy każdym ruchu. Bardzo niewygodny. Na szczęście jest duża sofa w salonie więc mieliśmy wybór. Druga sprawa to prysznic. Podczas użytkowania woda wylewa się poza zbyt wąską szybę i jest mokra podłoga w całej łazience. Problem widać na dole futryny do drzwi od łazienki-woda się tam dostaje i drewno pęcznieje od wilgoci. Szkoda bo łazienka jest bardzo ładnie wykończona a taki mały szczegół związany z prysznicem po prostu ją niszczy.

Po całym dniu załatwiania spraw, relaks w saunie to było dokładnie to czego nam brakowało 😍😍😍 dodatkowo odległość od morza to niecałe 10 minut spacerkiem.

Z pewnością tu wrócę.

Obiekt położony niedaleko morza. Tramwajem nr 3 można dojechać do centrum Gdańska, nie tracąc czasu na szukanie miejsca parkingowego. Z kolei deptakiem nadmorskim przyjemnie spaceruje się do Sopotu. Ponadto sam apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, czysty i pachnący. Dodatkowy atut - parking podziemny 😊

Pieknie urzadzony apartament, dobrze wyposazony, niczego nie brakowalo. Sauna jest duzym atutem. Stosunek ceny do jakosci bardzo dobry. Dobra lokalizacja, w poblizu sklepy. Do plazy jakies 600m. Zadnych halasow, my podrozowalismy z malym dzieckiem i polecamy!

Maly minus za zajete miejsce parkingowe w garazu podziemnym, natomiast zaparkowalismy obok budynku, gdzie bylo sporo wolnych miejsc

Bardzo ładny apartament blisko morza!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, 10 minut od morza. Apartament w nowoczesnym budynku z windą i parkingiem. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie (kod do drzwi). Bardzo ładny wystrój apartamentu!!! Wygodne meble (miękka sofa i szerokie, wygodne łóżko). W sypialni jest sauna (fajna opcja na chłodne dni). W aneksie kuchennym jest dostępna kawa i herbata. Plus za ekspres na kapsułki. Miła obsługa - pani, z którą pisałam zgodziła się na późniejsze wymeldowanie. Na pewno miejsce warte polecenia!

Apartament nie był zbyt dokładnie posprzątany (kurz, brudna ściereczka do naczyń, papiery pod łóżkiem, dziwny zapach w lodówce), ale może to tylko przypadek. Mało naczyń w szafkach (jeśli jest zmywarka, to przydałoby się więcej talerzy, kubków i sztućców). Duży minus za brak klimatyzacji!!! Widok z balkonu niestety na dość paskudną ulicę, ale sam balkon dość duży i z fotelami.
