The apartment was clean. Beds were comfortable
The arrangement for collecting keys was a disaster. We arrived in Johor Bahru early in the morning and struggled to find a place to leave our luggage. We had to cart it with us whilst exploring. We were tired and had to wait until 3pm to check in, and then the keys were not there. We had to wait another 35 minutes for someone to put the keys in the box sneakily. The experience was unprofessional and inconsiderate to guests flying in from abroad.

Location and spacious
The smell of the drain, every time back from outside, the whole unit is so stinky! Also a bit dusty.

Location wise is nice. The pool view is stunning even the water is a bit cloudy. Got towels for everyone.
The house is so so. No fancy deco, no carpet. The parking looked like old building and need to use a few stairs to go to lift.
