Odlicno pozicionirana vila

smeštaj je na odličnoj lokaciji na samoj plazi kod pesacke zone . bili smo smesteni u studio 1 na 3. spratu i pored visine i stepenica pogled je divan a jedinica je prostrana i lepa. (na bookingu je deluxe apartment za 5 osoba) citala sam razne komentare - smestaj je apartmanskog tipa i svako ko je bio bilo gde u Grckoj zna se da nema svakodnevnog ciscenja smestaja. mi smo dobili peskire - 4 komada i to ručnih ne i za tuširanje.

kreveti su malo neudobni i poprilicno skripe .. to je jedina zamerka nama u prostoru

Exceptional

The villa is on the beach, we had the ground floor apartment which I highly recommend for a family with children. The apartment is very spacious, clean, with comfortable double bed in the bedroom and 2 single beds which were perfect for our children. This apartment has a private back yard with table, chairs and barbecue, a perfect way to spend the evenings with the family. The host, Mrs Vera, was very kind and helpful, and was in touch all the time. It was an amazing and relaxing vacation!

The color scheme of the room was enjoyable, the closet, bed frames were colored sea blue color mixed with a little green, and the walls had a complimentary color. There were also some nice sea pictures, and all those elements together did give a cute and enjoyable estetic. The bathroom was fairly large and spacious.

The apartment did have some inconveniences, as a first, the door knob was totally loose but we did fix it quite fast, one of the kitchen lights was damaged and didn't work, kitchen stove didn't work all the way, our kitchen sink broke while being used the way it's supposed to be, and the only solution the staff had was to turn off hot water on it leaving us like that for the rest of our stay. The terrace was okay, but hit with direct sunlight for the most of the day, so we didn't use it very much. The terrace door had seemingly no sound isolation even while closed, so our sleep was very often interrupted throughout the night to various sounds. The beds were for me acceptable, but very uncomfortable for my partner, so it's worth mentioning. The two beds were put together to be couple friendly, but it doesn't quite work since there is always a gap between them. The whole place was overall acceptably clean, but in some instances just wasn't.

Close to the beach

204 sold as sea view but it is not - it is facing the neighbouring property and they refused to give me another room. Tap water dirty yellow and smelly, 0.5 m on the sides of the bed, 1 m to the kitchen wall, no curtains just drapes, no privacy: smells, noise and people on their balcony facing this building literally 2 m away. No pressure in the shower hose. Fridge small fits 5 L volume inside. Toilet broken - they attempted to fix it when I checked in but kept leaking. Metallic balcony door broken banging loudly while closed as wind pushes through. Pillows bumpy. Dusty, sticky and hairs everywhere.

The ultimate beach holiday

The location was amazing! We could sit on the balcony at night, listening to the murmur of the sea. It was right on the beach! And there’s a sandy beach in the whole town. The staff were lovely, in fact I spoke a lot to Johnny, who used to live in England, and whose English was very very good. He is a lovely person who likes his job. Gina and David was also lovely.

I do recommend the owner to put a proper curtain on the shower. I’m worried the water from the shower might leak downstairs. However, there was no sign of leakage on the ceiling, so at the moment, I’m sure it’s fine.

Without the negatives it way an average stay.

Good sized double rooms and comfortable beds. Good location since the beach right across the street. Apartment is nearly in the city center and there was free parking nearby. Next to the apartment were restaurants and bars.

Towels and bed sheets were not changed after 7 days but we had to ask for everything. Room wasn't cleaned after 7 days and no toilet paper was supplied. The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator which was a torture if you had to go more than three times during the day while carrying bags. Not recommended for seniors, steps were uneven thus a chance for an accident. Worst surprise was no free air-conditioning as advertised. Air-conditioning was extra charged at 5 Euros a day. We had to pay 60 Euros.

Magnificent

Fresh towels, fresh bed linens, and a magnificent closeness to the beach. And if you have to work, the morning view will give you a smile for the day. And I do not mean the grease concentration on the beach :)

Corona can hide here for decades, than reinfect the whole word ! I did find some sweets wrap under the night table, who trow it there?!! The shower stinks, and no curtains, mold on the tiling. Jelly fish everywhere and they do harm you!

Superb

Location is ideal! A fully equipped beachfront only a few meters from the property! The hostess is extremely helpful and the accommodation is clean and matches expectations! Experienced beautiful sunrises and the tasty restaurants are only a few meters away. Great!

Perfect place in Olympic Beach

Firstly, location is the best, the beach is basicaly in front of the place. It is spacious enough for 4 persons. You have an intimacy of backyard for yourself and there is a barbecue. Air conditioning is free of charge.

The place was very clean, the owner was kind and responsive, the conditions are very good for the price, the location on the first line is an advantage.

We had a good stay. There were not towels. Except this, and that the water in the bathroom flows slow into the canal we had no other problems.

Closeness to the sea and the super fast hot shower afterwards, balcony with a view of birds in palm trees.
