Disgusting and we regret choosing this spot.

Nothing. Absolutely TERRIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Almost everything was NOT OK: Very dirty. Dirty floors. Dirty pillow cases. We asked for new pillow cases and they brought some, left on the dirty door handle. One of the cover sheets was also dirty with make up leftovers. Uncomfortable beds. The host answered the request for the pillow cases fast and we didn’t see him at all. Dirty and smelly - you cannot open the window or balcony door because you are on top of the tavern’s kitchen and all the cooking smells come inside. Strong smell from the bathroom also. No nets on the windows and doors so a lot of mosquitos already inside when we arrived. Nowhere is mentioned that the property is exactly above a night tavern - so there was LOUD UNBEARABLE MUSIC till 2:30 am and we couldn’t sleep at all. The photos of the property are absolutely from another apartment so it’s quite deceiving and first you pay, then you receive info where you actually go. The stairway is dark, the lamp is not working every time, the internet is weak, the kitchen is smelly and filthy. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

A kind of sea view on the side from an small balcony.

On the balcony it was very hot and smelled of food from the restaurant below. There was no soap and when we asked the owner about it, she yelled at us.

The place is not as advertised.

No much. Photos looked nice but the location is awful, right on top of a busy restaurant with very loud music till 2am !!

Not clean, very smelly, very unfriendly owner, very noisy location till 2 AM !! We were so glad he booked only one night, and left next early morning.

Very close to the sea. Roomy apartment with almost everything we needed (refrigerator, air-conditioning, terrace, etc.). Park, sea, restaurants, shopping amenities, all very close nearby. Nice places to visit: - Katherinis - Paralia - Mount Olymp

We had apartment number 4 which is on the back side of the building and it was still noisy. I can hardly imagine how could the other tourists (especially from apartment 1 and 3 which are on the front side just above the restaurant), cope with the noise... There is "music" (or better said voodoo drums) playing until late in the night and unfortunately noisy neighbors which shouted and moved furniture around without the owner (which i believe lives in apartment number 5) saying anything to them. At least not to our knowledge. I don't get it: is it that hard to glue some fabric caps on the chairs and table legs? They make a very annoying noise when moved around on ceramic tiles... Other than that, in the bathroom, the pluming has a very poor design, allowing nasty smells come up through the floor sink. And I believe some hangers/hooks on the bathroom walls would be much appreciated. Also, we had to buy some electrical splitters as there are very few 220V sockets in the walls. Probably none of the above are really important (excepting the noise maybe), but I just wanted to mention them so that other tourists may have a clearer picture.

Pulito e in zona centrale. Ottimo il ristorante sotto casa bella la spiaggia. App. così così..

La pulizia e le indicazioni chiare su come accedervi.

Eravamo in 5, il quinto letto era una branda orrenda con le doghe che si spostavano e un materassino per bambini. Inoltre non aveva nemmeno il lenzuolo di sopra. Ognuna di noi aveva un'unico asciugamani per la doccia. Stoviglie e posate appena suff per 4. I quadretti alle pareti invece di avere delle immagini avevano ancora l'immagine del foglietto di fabbrica. Avevo sottolineato che viaggiavo con una signora 88 enne che faceva fatica a camminare... Beh avevamo una camera al terzo piano senza ascensore.

Bucătăria nu este utilată cum ar trebui,nu există microunde,nici un filtru de cafea.Am plătit vederea la mare și am primit apartamentul din spate.

Apartman je bio izuzetno prljav, higijena nikakva. U kuhinji se osećao neprijatan miris i sve je bilo ulepljeno i masno, uključujući i frižider . Ploča za kuvanje i električno kuvalo ne postoje, a na Bukingu piše da ih apartman poseduje. U kuhinji je neki stari rešo sa dve ringle. Kafu nismo mogli ni da skuvamo, jer ni obična džezva ne postoji. Kupatilo takođe prljavo, voda ne otiče ....Na terasi ne postoji konopac za sušenje veša, tako da sam sama kupila konopac i štipaljke da bih veš mogla da osušim.

Μύριζε άσχημα, τα σεντόνια ήταν βρώμικα, η τοποθεσία άστο πρέπει να μαντέψεις…δεν ξέρει κανείς που βρίσκεται και δεν υπάρχει ταμπέλα πουθενά, για δύο βράδια υπήρχε μόνο ένα χαρτί υγείας το οποίο δεν έφτασε για πέντε άτομα, είχε κουνούπια και φασαρία γιατί είναι ακριβώς επάνω από μια ταβέρνα και δεν είχε κάδο σκουπιδιών.

La pulizia tanto tanto male bagno pieno di muffa,le lenzuola dei letti ne anche cambiarie sporchi tutto pieno di polvere in appartamento e la cucina tutta onta,perché non ha visto il telecomando del tic su la finestra la signora a cominciato a sgridare in mezzo ha la strada e a picchiato mia moglie.

Fericirea și-o face fiecare singur

Localizarea excelentă aproape de mare.

Dacă acum doi ani , când am fost cazați în aceeași locație, am avut un apartament cu vedere la mare, în care nu a fost necesar pornirea aerului condiționat nici măcar un minut bucurându-ne de briza mării, de această dată, apartamentul a fost în spate , am stat non stop cu AC-ul pornit și geamurile închise din cauza ventilatoarelor zgomotoase ale restaurantului de la parter, aflate exact în dreptul balconului și a geamurilor de la dormitor.Din această cauză m-am întors mai obosit decât când am venit iar de fructe de mare să nu mai aud din cauza mirosului . Saltelele paturilor extrem de tari și neconfortabile. În rest minimul necesar pentru o cazare de acest fel . Gazdă drăguță dar distanța cu care din păcate nu prea poți vorbi decât prin semne deoarece nu știe o boabă din alte limbi.in 10 nopți cat am stat s-au schimbat o dată cearșafurile .
