Labai gera vieta, planuojantiems apsilankyti pagrindinėse Venecijos bienalės vietose: Giardini ir Arsenale. Butas jaukus, saulėtas, tvarkingas. Šeimininkė draugiška ir maloni. Puikios sąlygos gaminti maistą patiems: daug indų, įrankių, yra net elektrinė orkaitė, indaplovė. Netoli, toje pačioje gatvėje yra prekybos centras Coop. Rytais būna šviežių daržovių turgelis. Puiki kavinė Majer, skanūs kruasanai. Geras susisiekimas, netoli vaparetto stotelės. O vakarais galima pasivaikščioti palei kanalą.

La posizione è eccellente, vicina anche alle fermate del battello Arsenale e Giardini. I cuscini del letto sono davvero comodi.
Purtroppo all’arrivo abbiamo trovato il bagno pulito sommariamente, per cui abbiamo subito lavato piatto doccia e sanitari.
