Rustige omgeving, voldoende ruimte.
Redelijk gedateerd qua inrichting, geen handdoeken, keukengerei- en uitrusting is aan vervanging toe, barbecue op de patio is lastig te gebruiken gezien het feit dat de schoorsteen niet trekt, de ventilator die dit over zou moeten nemen deed niets. Al met al is het huis aan een opknapbeurt toe.
