All units have expansive ocean views and come with a beach parking pass to other Town beaches listed on the permit. There is a shared laundry by request. The rentals are from Friday to Friday. The cleaning fee is $150 cash on check-in. The dog fee is $250 per dog. Only small to medium size dogs. No cats or other animals.

Perfect location with a great view! The room was clean and comfortable—just what we needed for a relaxing weekend. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely be coming back!

This is the third time we have stayed at Twin Ponds. It is our favorite place to stay in Montauk: beautiful view, easy beach and town access and clean, comfortable rooms.
