Access to shared outdoor shower and private outdoor seating area. Parking for one car on premises. The space has a private entrance and sits below the host family and is completely private. This space is a basement apartment with 13 steps down to the entrance to the space.

Perfect location for wedding guests, beach lovers, golfers and anyone who loves the outdoors.

The property is beautiful and the apartment exceeded expectations - so close to town and the walk to the beach is only 5 minutes and it's a very nice walk - definitely hope to stay here again

We had a great stay here for two nights. It's extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet. Short walk to the beach - and if you are a little more adventurous, not too bad of a walk to town or Gurney's. Loved it - already planning a return trip!

Had an amazing stay in Montauk. Perfect location with great access to the beach and all that Montauk and the Hamptons has to offer. The property is like new, and is very welcoming. You will not be disappointed!
