A beautifully appointed 425 square-foot condo studio @ rough riders landing, montauk; offering a 180 degree view of fort pond bay - the best view in the complex, with sunsets that will take your breath away and 2 skylights with views of the moon- lit sky and stars while you lie in bed.
sea gulls nest will be available for weekly summer rental.A brand new kitchen with white linen shaker style cabinets and granite counters, stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher & microwave. The main living space offers sleeping accommodations for 2, 3 will be max (a queen size murphy bed and a queen size sofa bed) brand new 5 inch oak wood floors, central air and ceiling fan. The large deck is accessible through a wall of sliding doors and offers outside dining seating for 4 along with 2 pottery barn steamer style cushioned lounge chairs.. Everything you need is offered at sea gulls nest: coffee maker, toaster, blender, hair dryer, iron and linens. All you need is your bathing suit and flip-flops!
The complex offers a swimming pool, hot tub, 5 tennis courts and a private beach on the bay. Or if you prefer, the ocean is only minutes away along with all that montauk has to offer.

Excellent ! Beautifully renovated condo with panoramic views of Fort Pond Bay . Close to Kirk Beach, Amagansett and less than 30 min to East Hampton . Property is well maintained and we enjoyed our stay . Kent was a pleasure to work with !
