About this apartment rental
Wake to beautiful sunrises in this gorgeous, modern one-bedroom apartment. Dine on a spacious, private deck while watching the waves crash onto a magnificent beach and maybe even some dolphins and whales frolicking in the surf. Located just west of the coolest town on East End on Old Montauk Highway, you're just a few minute's walk (yes, walk!), to the beach and to the best that Montauk has to offer!
Our development has an outdoor pool, and our unit has wireless internet (not that you'll want to be working!), and a view of the ocean that is just breathtaking! Enjoy the serenity of the Hither Hills beach and local attractions, then relax with a peaceful glass of wine or a cup of coffee on the terrace overlooking the ocean.
The newly renovated apartment features a brand new, state-of-the art, silent, split unit for AC/heat, brand new furnishings, a full kitchen with pristine appliances and full-sized island with seating for four, a working fireplace, Optimum high speed internet in the living room and smart TV in the bedroom, and multiple ceiling fans.
A charcoal grill is located right outside the unit.
Unit sleeps a maximum of 4 guests (Bedroom has 1 queen and 1 twin bed and common area has the single most comfortable pull-out queen-size sofa on the planet!) On-site parking for one car. Essentials such as towels, linens, and beach chairs, as well as reusable insulated tote bags and ice packs, provided!
This property is open year-round, the unit is cozy and warm in the colder months with adjustable baseboard and unit heating and working fireplace ("duraflame" type logs only, please.)

Beautiful beach literally a 2 minute walk away. Center of town a 15 minute walk. Apartment is nice, ocean view deck and pool a bonus. My only complaint would be that there's no proper AC in the bedroom, but the living room one is strong enough to get the job done. We had a great time!

We loved staying here! The unit is beautifully decorated and very clean. We especially loved the ocean views from the deck, and the provided beach chairs and umbrellas were a huge plus. The bed was also very comfortable. The beach is a quick walk and town is a 3 minute drive. We will definitely be back!

Another wonderful stay. Lovely condo. Location and ocean view from the balcony can’t be beat. Bonnie is a great host- always available to answer any questions.

Property owner sent out a overly explicit directions about their property. At our three o’clock check in time she never sent the door code and we had to contact her . Once we walked in the property we noticed it had not been cleaned, unmade bed, dishes in sink and dirty towels on the floor ! We called the host once again and she stated oops I forgot to tell the cleaning crew to clean it . 3 1/2 hours later we finally got into our rental . For a property that you have to pay 100% of the fee upfront it should of have been ready. The complex itself is very nice and quiet and has wonderful views .
