Great location to a not so busy sandy beach. Good stay !

Only a couple minutes walk to the beach . Room has all the necessary supplies to make some simple meals if you choose to stay in . Hosts are very kind and accommodating to our requests ( we switched from ground level to 3rd floor on day 3 ) . They offer sufficient supplies to our room ( breakfast, toiletries..etc) . Good communication and friendly people.

There is a playground next to the building. Some nights could get a bit noisy from children screaming but it will get quiet after midnight when playground closed.

Manos and his mum treated us like family!

The Manos and his family were very kind, generous, accommodating and friendly. Manos went out of his way to help us. The apartment was very well equipped! Had all the cooking utensils, cleaning service for rooms and was very close to grocery stores, bussing, restaurants and especially the beach! We felt very safe at this location.

It’s about a 3-minute walk from the sea. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The apartment had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay - including a stove, cutlery, frying pan, fridge, and more. The apartment is also just 3–4 minutes from the nearest bus stop, making it easy to reach a large supermarket in about 15 minutes (smaller one was within a 10-minute walk). The airport is approximately 40 minutes away by bus. There’s also convenient parking just around the corner if needed.

The area wasn’t very quiet in the evening due to a nearby playground, but it was fine with the windows closed.

Nice apartment, good value for the money.

Nice apartment, very comfortable and well equipped, close to the beach.

Our apartment was on the ground floor, facing to a narrow street, and we had to keep the windows and balcony doors closed, otherwise the stray cats sneaked in. The other backside of this apartment that there was no sunlight - maybe this is good thing at summer - but in April, we had to keep the lights on all the time.

A great experience

The apartment was great all around - had everything you'd need for either a short or a longer stay. Comfortable, clean and with new equipment - washing machine included. One thing i loved was the fact that when you used the shower there wasn't any water coming out of the hole on the floor afterwards. I stayed in many accomodations in Greece through the years and you usually encounter this problem in most cases. You take a shower and then the whole floor is flooded with water. I was thrilled that this didn't happen! :-) The location is very near the sea and also very close to shops. Another great thing was that the owner was extremely helpful and polite.

comfortable, with a good taste in every detail. A lot of snacks and coffee available. Perfect place for a couple or even couple with children. Utensils, dishes, cups, glases etc. ...everything ready for cooking.

Noise from children's amusement park till the night, but, if you are going to sleep around midnight, than will be ok.

I had an amazing stay at Blue Boutique Apartments! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach, making it super convenient for relaxing by the sea. What truly made my experience exceptional were the friendly people who run this place. Their warm hospitality and eagerness to assist with any requests made me feel right at home. The room was not only close to the beach but also impeccably clean and comfortable. It's evident that they take great care in maintaining the rooms. After a day of sun and sand, coming back to a clean and cozy room was just what I needed. I highly recommend Blue Boutique Apartments to anyone looking to stay in a beautiful apartment. I can't wait to return for another visit!

Very spacious apartment separate bedroom and bathroom. We were only staying 1 night but all so well equiped especially the kitchen. Great for a longer stay. Really lovely place . 2 minutes walk from beach.

The place was wonderful, people truly kind and loving (you know, the kind of people you would like to have as neighbors), minimarkets were extremely furnished (suppressing the necessity of taking buses to get to supermarkets), and anything you need is (literally) next door. Oh and (if you're looking for an answer): if you can't eat gluten, don't worry, gluten-free options are available, but you won't need it. Eat meat, and have fun!

The stay was great. We can honestly recommended this hotel.

The best of all is a localisation near the beautiful beach. But also another facilities like localisation near the bus stop where the bus goes often to Center of Heraklion, Knossos, Airport and proximity to shops and delicious, tradictional restaurant like for example a Kritikos Spiti are also important. The apartment is pretty, clean and cozy. It has as much as you need space for two people for longer trip. We just felt there like at home.

The apartment has one disadvantage which is a sewage system in toilet. Unfortunetly when you want to take a shower even very fast to use a littel water, the water breaks out of the runoff. It was bothersome for us beaceuse after each shower we had to clean the floor from water in toilet and sometimes in the hallway in front the of the bathroom.

Best stay in Heraklion

10/10 I would recommend the apartments to everyone! First, the hosts are one of a kind, so helpful and welcoming, they really go out of their way to help you feel welcome. The location is perfect, the beach is a few steps away, and city center is close. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby and the best thing is it has a play park just next to it for kids. It's a heaven for families. The facilities are top-notch, we even had a washing machine in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equiped as well.

A very nice experience I've spent one week in this facility and it has been great! The apartments are tidy, well decorated and inside you can find everything you need, but mostly they are very clean. The owners are friendly and you can ask them anything you need, they will provide for it immediately. The location is also good, next to the beach (you can find both free and private beach with sunbeds) and it's also next to the mainroad, which is full of shops and restaurants.

The location was good and the bed was comfortable

The room next door was being renovated with work starting at 8:00. The kettle didn't work. I booked a 40sq m apartment but it was much smaller. There was a bar of soap in the bathroom but there was hairs in it.

I loved absolutely eveything about the place. Mano's hospitality was off the chart awesome. A very caring individual t my specific needs. Walk to the beach and the many restuarant tyet exteremly privste and quiet area that I loved.

It is well located just off the main road and a minute from the beach. The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and had plenty of storage. Niki and her son Manos are lovely hosts. They were always available and were very generous and friendly and extremely helpful . I highly recommend a stay here
